Lovely scent upon opening package
Not used the fragrance oils I purchased yet, due to waiting on CLP labels to arrive.
But when I opened my package the aroma was lovely, I have never had that from other companies that I bought fragrance oils from.
Also as a first time customer, my order was with me very quickly too.

As a long time fan of craft HQ products reviews are now based on love
Over the holidays I tried something new and was not disappointed.
The scents are really amazing yet natural in their smell.
I’m drawn more to flowers and floral aromas. Pink tulips and peony blush have been my favourite this time

Poor
Had an email to leave a review for an order I haven’t yet received. Why sell goods if you don’t have the stock to ship out.
Not happy, won’t be ordering from again.

Bad customer service
On 26th AUGUST I ordered loads of sample sized bottles to see if I liked them (which I did mostly) plus 1 x 100ml oil that I knew I liked. When they came the 100ml bottle was missing, contacted the company by email to let them know and was told they'd send it out straight away. I placed another order 1 week later and thought they might put my missing bottle in with this order but nope, 2 weeks later I contacted them to ask if the missing bottle had been sent because I hadnt received it, to be told (again) it would be with me soon. Have emailed them again about it (21 days its been now) and had no answer. Don't think i'll be ordering again somehow if they cannot rectify their own mistakes, which is a shame as I liked the oils I did receive.
