We’ve been ordering embroidered workwear for over 10 years, so we know what good-quality embroidery should look like.

We came across Craft Kings online several times and decided to give them a try. We ordered over £600 worth of workwear, but unfortunately, the quality of the embroidery we received was extremely poor.

The logo looks badly stitched, almost as if it’s been done by hand, with what appears to be very little attention to detail. We’re genuinely disappointed with the finished result, especially considering the amount we spent. I’ll be uploading photos so people can judge the quality for themselves.

To make matters worse, we’ve now asked three times for a VAT invoice after paying for the order, and we still haven’t received one. We shouldn’t have to keep chasing basic paperwork after making a purchase. If this remains unresolved, we’ll be contacting HMRC for clarification.

Overall, the experience has been very disappointing, both in terms of the embroidery quality and the lack of follow-up.

We will not be ordering from Craft Kings again. Based on our experience, I would not recommend them to anyone looking for professional embroidered workwear.

Very high quality embroidered stitching. I bought a light fleece and polo. Good sized front logo and large rear logo. Took a few days to get the stitching preview for approval and a week for delivery, but bespoke item so I expected this. Very happy thanks.

Looks amazing and good quality

I echo what the previous one star review experienced. I ordered a few t-shirts for one of my businesses before submitting a larger order. Initial communication was ok and unfortunately the quality wasn’t as expected.
I emailed a few issues and the first email was ignored. I then resent this email and got a fast response. The tone of the email was that which I would not expect from a professional company. Completely defensive and clearly not interested in any sort of conversation or wanting to build a working relationship in order to get the product as it should and move forward.
A business that clearly can’t take any negative feedback or criticism.
The fact they said they did more stitches than was included was like throwing something back at me, firstly didn’t ask for anything extra or free.

Work stuff came promptly.

Quality very good.

Best uniform I have ever ordered highly recommend

This is the second lot of embroidered work where tops I’ve ordered from craftkings,it is hard wearing and good quality material,service is great and delivery is fairly fast

Horrendous company. Items arrived in a cardboard box clearly just thrown in, quality of embroidery was very poor and not the colour agreed. After sales is non existent. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

UPDATE - it’s good to see the company respond to reviews but not to actual emails with evidence of faulty products (as is apparent with numerous other reviews on here). I have copy of email where I advise them I am happy with the logo only on the provide it stands out on the garment. When the product arrived it looked absolutely ridiculous and does not stand out at all. They replied to my original concerns but then nothing since which is not acceptable. Please be careful when using this company, their after sales is non existent as others have highlighted in their reviews. Due to their lack of professionalism I shall be leaving accurate reviews on other sites and also sharing photographs if required. I appreciate it’s not a lot of money but it’s the fact they are not prepared to accept responsibility. The wait time for the product to arrive was also ridiculous so to get it wrong is just a farce.

SECOND UPDATE - I’ve never had dealings with a company so quick to respond to negative reviews in an effort to justify themselves yet once the product arrives with you they ignore all emails as others have stated in the many 1 star reviews. Please read their last update which sums up the lack of professionalism. I now consider the matter closed and will simply not recommend this company to anyone.

Just got my bundle from this company and I’m over the moon, was hesitant at first with a few of the bad reviews, I’ve used penguin uniform in the past but decided to give them a chance. Their jacket and body warmer is great quality, so good I don’t want to wreck them at work. Embroidery is also really good. Will be ordering polo shirts today. Great job guys 👍
