Cheap import scam
I purchased 2 items for $80. They arrived in black plastic garbage bag type packaging with Chinese writing on the label. The quality is TERRIBLE! What you would expect from the MUCH cheaper Chinese app stores. What looked on the website like a a quality latch hook kit, and I paid a high price, was actually a very cheap kit, with tacky acrylic wool, instructions that are a poor photocopy and not even a box- it is in a cheap plastic bag! So cheap and tacky that after spending $80 I can’t even use them as the gift I intended them for. Do not waste your money here!

Hello,
I'm genuinely sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your order, particularly as the kits were intended as gifts. I understand how frustrating that must have been.
I've since been able to locate your purchase and would like to clarify that the items ordered were a punch needle kit and a scratch art kit, rather than latch hook kits as mentioned in your review.
At Craft Outlet Australia, I personally select the products we offer and take concerns about quality and customer satisfaction seriously.
I've reached out to you privately to request some photos of the products, packaging and instructions so I can investigate your concerns properly and work towards a suitable resolution.
I genuinely value customer feedback and would welcome the opportunity to make things right.
