Toby & Sam provided an excellent service. They responded quickly to phone and email enquiries and kept me updated throughout the whole process.

I sought 5 quotes for having plantation shutters installed at my property. One for a bay window and two for the upstairs bedroom. They were the most competitive not only on price, but also on the material. I received quotes for the same and greater price but only for MDF, whereas the shutters installed by Craftsmen are fantastic wooden shutters. Additionally, their quoted timeframe was again quicker than other providers (2months vs 3months for all other quotes).

The quote provided not only gave the price and description of the shutters but also included a digital diagram of exactly what the shutters would look like which allowed for me to change my mind several times about certain features. I can't recommend this feature enough.

Installation of the blinds took about 2-3 hours and the finish is excellent. Toby is a trained carpenter and as such makes the shutters fit seamlessly into the current window frame. Other companies that I received quotes from suggested that there would be gaps between shutter panels on the bay window which would have looked untidy, whereas those now installed look like they are part of the whole window frame.

Sam & Toby are extremely friendly, arrived on time for the appointments, were polite and cleaned up after themselves. They are a small, two person local family business and clearly take great pride in their work. I would highly recommend them and would have no hesitation of using their services again in the future.

We are so happy with our shutters, they look absolutely stunning and have transformed our living room. The service we received from Craftsmen Shutters from start to finish was fantastic and they were always reliable, updating us on the status of our order. Excellent from beginning till end

We chose Craftsman shutters after looking to support a local business.
Sam gave us really good customer service and up to date information about the delivery date . On the day of fitting, he arrived with his wife and they both beautifully fitted our lovely cafe style shutters . They were polite , clean and tidy in their work and very organised.
I would certainly recommend them as suppliers .

First class family service, from quotation service - gave the best advice and tailor servicing, great pricing and even better if it’s a large order. Fitting was exceptional, no corners cut. We ordered wooden shutters and plastic for bathroom all in silk white, both look very high quality and luxurious.

Amazing company,which I fully recommend to anyone. Excellent communication throughout the process (from the time I placed the order, paid the deposit and then the fitting) and high level of craftmenship ( I do have high expectations as my father was a carpenter himself). We wanted shutters on 3 windows and a large triple panel bi-folding door and after a bit of research led us to Toby who was able to answer all our questions and show us all the different options.

The price was great, and they kept us in the loop while the shutters was being made.

The shutters were all fitted brilliantly and professionally. It was great to see them go the extra mile to ensure that all the shutters were fitted perfectly.

What a fantastic local company! Just had my house fitted with their shutters and it looks amazing - we're so pleased. They were the most competitively priced (but for the same shutters!) and when they were here fitting the shutters they worked like absolute trojans, as well as cleaning up after themselves!
