I paid $1000 for web development…
I paid $1000 for web development services and never received a working product. I was absolutely shocked at the level of unprofessionalism exhibited by this fictitious company- No response over emails, texts and months went by!! :,(When I asked for a refund, Craty refused to cater to my requests. I was scammed out of $1000. Terrible experience.

Pitiful. I have seen that they are deleting their negative reviews. The positive reviews are a year ago.
Unprofessional and ignorant of what even a publishers proof is or a blurb or a synopsis. I have had some strange conversations with these people that have left me feeling I have been royally scammed. They do not deliver.
I believe their positive reviews must be written by friends or employees to garner business. Terribly disappointing to deal with on top of health issues that I have it present. Absolutely gutted by their deceit.

Crafty Web Works is a complete scam. They take your money and disappear — zero delivery, zero professionalism. The people behind this company are linked to Byetify Technologies in Pakistan, who are known for running shady operations under different names.
They are using fake branding and cheap ads to target US and Australian clients with promises of ebook publishing and web design — it’s all a trap. Once they get paid, you’ll be left chasing them with no response.
This is NOT a legit business. They are fraudsters scamming people internationally and damaging Pakistan’s reputation in the process.
Avoid at all costs. Report them if you come across their ads.

If I could give minus stars I would!! Terrible company, unprofessional, worst experience. Completely ghosted us, now can't get our website finished. Won't return emails, phone calls, text message. Requested to get money back, of course no response. BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!
