I like the games they offer and I like the concept and platform. They blatantly lie about redemptions and customer support backs their lies. Their TOS state they can take up to 5 business days to process a redemption, but I'm now on day 7, still pending. This is all 7 days AFTER being fully verified. I was fully verified prior to submitting redemption. This is outrageous how they can just lie to people. They don't follow their own TOS. We're at 8 business days now. I updated my review ton1 star. They're going to respond, and say to reach out to their customer service, which I've done several times and I keep getting lied to. Why reach out to a customer service agent who's just going to lie and back more lies. I work in affiliate marketing, and I assure you that I will not be recommending this casino to the company I work for.

If i could give 0 starts i absolutely would. This is absolutely the definition of ridiculous. they haven’t even approved my withdrawal yet and it’s been over 5 days. And everyone else is having this problem. I will be reaching out to BBB

Update: As you can guess absolutely nothing!!! they are god honest horrible. Been over 6 days now and it hasn’t even been approved. As you can guess i probably will never receive my money. Get them banned ASAP

Second update: i’m absolutely LIVID these bums are absolutely horrible. And run an even worse site. Not only have they not paid countless people they are now sending out promotional emails to pull even more people into their scam. You would think they would pay people out before sending out more emails for “promos”

Scammers! They tricked me into thinking I bought 60 sweeps for 30 and come to find out... The FC are fricken worthless, can't spend them at all. These guys have been reported to the BBB and I requested a chargeback. Don't play these guys, you will get scammed!

third update: it’s been an entire week and my redemption still isn’t even approved, i’ve contacted support multiple times and it doesn’t help…

so far it has been fun and seems fair, they have a great selection of games and the site is stable, i’ve submitted a redemption request and it’s taking a long time for it to be approved, they advertise quick payouts but it’s actually proving to be much slower than anywhere else i’ve played, i’ll update when i receive my redemption

update, it’s been 5 days and i still haven’t even had the redemption approved, let alone in my account.. i’ve emailed customer support and so far hasn’t been very helpful, this really makes this site incredibly undesirable as a place to play

I deposited $50 worth of bitcoin for the offer they had 50 for 125 SC. I sent the money over 2 weeks ago, never received the funds, and they haven’t sent my money back. Terrible customer service as they just keep saying they are contacting support

I love how many games they have!!!!! its amazing! I sat here and played all night I stayed (up money) and never played the same game twice. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

I don't like the fact I have to wait for a prioritized redemption, I'm glad that customer support is decent, could be better but decent. I think they could improve a lot with how redemptions are held, I do appreciate the wide variety of games though!

What can I say other than I feel like this platform is a ripoff. I paid over $20 and was able to play maybe ten minutes. I even bought a game feature for $5 and won back $0.50 in the feature spins. I cannot recommend this game.
