It took a month for the items to arrive, and honestly if they were amazing that wouldn't even bother me so much.
I ordered 2 packs and among the socks in each set there are noticeable inconsistencies with the sizes. The material is very thin, no compression and slip down constantly.
I would love to support a local business but these are so disappointing. I wish I had read more reviews first.

I ordered these socks and then cancelled the order. I got an email confirming that the order had been cancelled, and a credit issued. That was 2/18. Today is 3/3, and no refund has been received. I have contacted them with no response. Their telephone voice mail is full and not taking messages. I do not think I will see my refund and will have to dispute the charges with my credit card company.
3/9/26 - Update - I received a "pending" credit on my credit card and am waiting to see if it processes. An email about the credit was received day after I disputed the charge. However, they did not refund my shipping charge which they should have. The order was cancelled and should never have been shipped. Their error, they should eat the shipping.

Socks are not great quality and very little compression. I can see right through a couple of the pairs I got. Website says 3 to 5 days to ship, it took over 3 weeks. At 2 weeks after order, with no communication, I requested a refund and cancellation of my order. That email was ignored and items sent anyway, eventually. Really disappointed in this business. I wanted to support them as it claims to be a family business but they are definitely not worth $20 per pair or more. Maybe $5 just for some cute design elements but to be honest, even then I would not buy again. They also force you to pay for a return and replacement guarantee upon ordering but when you go to return something it says You must pay return shipping. They get you coming and going. Never again.

Ordered on Feb 11, shipping label “created” Feb 17. Feb 24 , still not shipped. I will be returning for a full refund as soon as I get them . The reviews of quality have been poor. DO NOT BUY ! I believe they are from China, and they do something in an American factory, just so they can say made in America .

I ordered a pair of compression socks from these crooks over a month ago. Not only have I not seen the socks, I haven't heard a peep from them! I'm wondering if they are even a company. You can be sure I will never order from them again ... and I will tell everybody I know about my bad experience!

It's a small company. They don't ship overnight. The first time I ordered, I was a little worried because I'm used to getting orders in 1 to 2 days. I did receive my socks within a couple of weeks, and I love them. The patterns are fun, the compression is just right & they wash and wear well. I am a repeat customer. They have great deals and are worth the wait.

Ordered a package of 4 measuring my calf for correct size and it matched the small/medium shoe size chart. Company claims one week from order to delivery. 3 weeks later I had to contact them asking about my order status. I received them by weeks end. One pair of the four fits good for leg compression and toe cap. The second pair was tight at the knee leaving red marks which they claim they do not. The third pair was tight around the calf and foot with a wide toe cap resulting in pinching and uncomfortable shoe wear. The fourth pair was a joke. Looking at the toe cap it resembled duck feet. The toe cap was so spread out I cannot wear them in shoes as the toe cap has to be folded under my big and little toe to fit in a shoe. Again resulting in uncomfortable shoe wear. The compression on this pair was comfortable. Exchange or return? Not a chance, they won't accept them if worn. So how do you know about the fit unless you wear them? Oh and save the sock band too. That's required for returns too. Overall product reminds me irregular clothing sales.

I ordered my first order, loved my socks! Then I decided to place a second order….a month ago. My socks still haven’t shipped and customer service has stopped responding.

Poor, poor service. No order status updates. Four weeks and still waiting. Do not purchase from this company. I chose to order from them because I wanted to support a small US company. I'll continue to do that, but it will not be this company. I think the Pony Express was faster than this disappointment. I'll leave water in the trough...

Ditto to all reviews about SLOW order fullfilment and no response to email questions. I ordered on 1/26/26 and received my order today 2/13. The worst thing is that they charged my visa on 1/27. While technically not illegal, definately not accepted normal online ordering practice and absolutely against Visa's policy. Visa requires billing upon shipping. I plan to file a complaint with Visa. I also noticed that these products are listed on Amazon but every product is "out of stock". I wonder if the company is going out of business or if there have been so many complaints that they are no longer up to Amazon's standards.

If I could give it no stars I would. Items have not shipped in stated time. A shipping label was created but it hasn’t moved. Sent a number of emails but have received no responses. Suggest you go elsewhere.

This company spam emails, texts, calls up to 8x and day, and after 21 days STILL HAS NOT SHIPPED MY ORDER! They advertise 3 to 5 days shipping time, and are actually located within the same damn state that I live in! They can't get it right. They charged my card right away, they took my money, they keep begging me for more orders and more money and they can't follow through on the very first thing. I have complained twice to them and they keep moving me from Department to Department with no resolution and no response. Do not invest your money in this piss poor company. I have now read reviews that say they are sending used product! A health code violation and vile practice and that the quality is poor. Save your money avoid this fraudulent company!

Ordered and never heard anything. No update no nothing

Shipping slo but did receive, they added Shipping protection without me knowing, but I found out why, there socks don't fit, size 10-13 foot w a size 16-18" don't fit me , I'm a 12 foot an 16-17 calf, I'd complained about the unknown Shipping protection they removed it now they want to pay 15.00 to return there wrong sized product, instead of them notifying me there hvin lots of problems w sizing which apparently they are , and customer relations seem bad,I'm goin to attempt to get some of my money bk

I have yet to receive any updates or shipping info after 4 emails, I am disputing this as a fraudulent company with my credit card company. I should have paid better attention to the TrustPilot reviews before I flushed $100 down the toilet. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered crazy compression stockings on November 19, 2025. I called customer servicesame day to let them know that I needed to change the address apt number. I never received a call back from customer service, despite leaving them multiple messages. The company states items will be shipped out within 3 to 5 days. According to tracking info, they did not ship the item for over 10 days. I did not receive them in time to use them for a 12 hour flight. Now that I received them, I noted the cheap, scratchy material of the stocking. And the toe bed is very long. I’m totally disappointed. I tried to initiate a return and received an instant message that the return is rejected on January 3. Finally found their return policy. Which says you must return within 30 days of your purchase date. This is totally unfair because the company takes forever to send ship the item. Plus you have to pay the shipping to return. This stocking is not worth the 75% off price of $20, and the company is disreputable because they did not reply to my customer service voice messages, and they did not send the item for over 10 days.

Complete garbage - horrible material, 93% nylon.
And they don't respond to their so called money back guarantee -- total scam. Avoid purchasing from them.

Two weeks after ordering I still hadn't received any shipping info. Sent an email no response. Sent another email to a specific person asking to cancel the order and refund my money. Got a so sorry and the next day they arrived. The material is different than older pairs I have. It's mostly nylon and not very nice to the touch. Very hard to get on. I hope they stretch out a bit after a washing.

No tracking number within shipping window, reached out no response to email and phone has full mailbox, filed request for tracking through PayPal, responded going out tomorrow, 3 days later still not shipped, filed for refund, they are now

I still have not received the socks, so I cannot comment on them. However, I ordered them on December 3rd, and today December 18th I finally got a notice that they will be shipping soon. My estimated delivery date is December 22nd... Almost 3 weeks from original order. I'm beginning to worry that I may not get them at all.
