Customer service and attention to detail was impeccable. I will definitely recommend to everyone and will not be going anywhere else for phone products. Staff were 100% focused on my needs and met ever one of them. Ali was a true gentleman and very respectful. Definitely the best customer service I have received in a while.

Fixed issue, excellent service!!!
Popped in with an issue with my mums phone. She had installed an app I could not uninstall and had spammed her phone with ads and notifications to download software. Spoke to Ali who was very helpful and kind. Within a minute he had sorted the issue. Fantastic help. Would recommend!

My entire experience was just spectacular and doubt it could've been any better.
I came into the Glasgow Pocket Geek store with a broken Samsung S23 Ultra with a catalogue of issues.
The gentleman Ali was very attentive, polite and very patient to listen to the issues with my phone.
He had my phone in store, fixed all the issues which I was having and thoroughly explained in detail how the issues had been resolved.
Superb company who listens to you and helps you fix the issues and I must say the service I experience was exceptional from Ali.
