Cre8 Zero Ltd Avis 

The initial contact, ordering and installation went well. However, after a few weeks we started hearing rattling and banging when it got windy. We reported this to CR8zero CEO and after chasing updates etc for months, their subcontractors did finally attend. They put a small rubber mat under a bracket, but alas this was short lived. We also noticed one of our ridge tiles was damaged. Again we raised this with the CEO. It’s been months now and still no resolution. Rob Pritchard keeps referring us to his contractor who keeps saying we have to go through Cr8zero. We’ve been passed back and forward with no resolution. The noise is so loud that it wakes us from sleep. This has been going on since December 2025. Our emails seem to be ignored, when calling them they deny knowledge that the problem has not been sorted.
I wouldn’t touch this company with a barge pole. Totally unprofessional and unreliable. They care more about getting new sales than resolving shoddy installation. We are now at the point of dealing with the ombudsman.

5 star service from start to finish (and I was sceptical to say the least). One of the best decisions I've ever made was to install solar, and use Cre8 Zero to do it for us. Everyone was knowledgeable, professional, yet really down to earth and personable. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

We have taken a year before making this review, not for any other reason than work load. We are absolutely delighted with our system supplied and installed by the Cre8Zero team. Absolutely everyone we met were courteous and very professional. We had a few hiccups with the system, but they were mainly due to Fox upgrading the software, however, Robin and his team always came out to reassure us and make sure everything is running fine. We cannot fault the installation and are reaping the benefits, with over 4.5MWh produced in the last 12 months. We were advised to go to EonNext as we have an electric vehicle and this has paid us bonus for surplus energy and allowed us to charge our car a an excellent rate.

Cre8 Zero, wasted my time... looking for estimates for install. Had a consultation online and awaiting an estimate that never materialised. Wasted my time. Sure there's a good excuse but hey who cares, i shall go somewhere else.

I can highly recommend Cre8Zero as a good solar company to use for your installation. Initially Jake who was very knowledgeable and helpful devised a solar system to suit our needs. Jake was always available by phone for any questions, it was also reassuring to that the CEO Robert Pitcher was overseeing the project. Installation went smoothly and it’s all in and working producing lots of free power.
The only thing I wasn’t aware of was the fact that having the converter in the loft would mean that the platform which was provided, would squash the existing insulation down to the rafters level.

Very happy with our recent solar installation from Cre8Zero. Jake provided several options for us to look through and we didn't feel pressured at all. Once we had decided to go ahead, Dan came round to confirm where the battery would be going and he also popped in on the day of the installation to check everything was going OK. It's reassuring to know that we can contact them if we need any help or advice in the future. Highly recommended.

Had solar panels installed by Cre8 Zero and couldn’t be happier. From start to finish, the process was smooth, well organised and clearly explained. Jake was great to deal with day to day, and Robert was very hands-on and reassuring throughout. Dan popped round after the install to walk us through the configuration. Professional install, tidy workmanship, and everything delivered as promised. Would highly recommend.

Working with Cre8 Zero was a breath of fresh air. It's rare to find a company that stays this supportive after the contract is signed. The installation was done efficiently, and their communication was excellent. They helped me navigate a few technical issues with ease, making sure everything was perfect before they finished. This is a very professional company that has fitted a top notch installation which both looks great and. performs well. The phone app is good too, allowing you to choose when to put your appliances on, combined with the Octopus variable tariff which gives electricity prices for each half hour. It’s a great system, we have ten panels and a five KW battery, and this has greatly reduced our electricity consumption from the grid, and this is in winter! Would I recommend Cre8 Zero? Yes. without hesitation, our experience was excellent. Any downsides? Getting the right tariff from Octopus was a bit of a faff, and their standing charge is a bit steep (62.3p per day) but with electricity costs in the UK being so high (thanks Ed) I’m still going to save. Is solar worth it? Yes, but get a battery as well. And get Cre8 zero to fit it, they are a really nice and professional outfit.

From the very first conversation to the final installation, my experience with this solar panel company was excellent. The person who sold me the system was extremely knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to answer all my questions and really understand my needs. They carefully explained the options available and helped me choose the most appropriate system, without any pressure at any point.

The installation itself went very smoothly. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and were respectful of my home throughout the process. They kept everything well organised and left the area clean and tidy once the job was completed, which I really appreciated.

We had great experience from start to finish with the Cre8Zero team. The decision to go solar with Cre8Zero was a no brainier after seeing the financial benefits. The whole process from when the young man knocked on our door to the end of the installation ran very smoothly. They fit 18 panels onto the roof and a 10kwh battery for storage. Zach knocked on my door a few months ago and we were in the market for solar. Got us booked in for a free assessment where we sat down with Rob and he drew up a system exactly to our needs. I'd been looking around at installing solar for quite a while, so when we had a knock at the door from Cre8 Zero Ltd, I was genuinely interesting in what they had to say. That developed very quickly into a no-obligation site visit with Jake who was very receptive to my needs and requirements. I started from a position of 'well as this is no-obligation - max it out. Make us as self-sufficient for electricity as possible', thinking I'd probably have to scale back plans due to cost. Not at all. Cre8 Zero proposed maximising solar generation from our roof space with 28 panels and a 20KW battery / 10KW inverter combination. I was VERY pleasantly surprised at the total project cost. In just over a month from initial conversation Robert and his team had dealt with our DNO for export, we had a superbly installed solar system which has slashed our electricity bills, and is earning us money by being paid to export electricity to the grid. A brilliant service provided by a great team. I can't recommend Robert and his team highly enough.

The installers worked very hard and fast and had the whole system up and running in a day and a half!
