Creativeboxes Avis

Neha was very helpful and communicative, a box design upgrade that I hadn't thought of was suggested which ended up being really good for our products. They arrived in the time specified and we are happy with the quality.

Our expert Neha was fantastic, good knowledge, excellent communication. I've given 4 stars instead of 5 only because of a delivery issue, which wasn't Neha's fault, it took a while to get it sorted but the communication was great throughout meaning I didn't lose confidence or trust. Overall a great company.

A charming man named Sergio helped out. As I only had the size of a presentation box, I didn't think about the design. He helped me out by asking questions I didn't realize I needed, which was really helpful. Now I am all set and only have to wait for it to be delivered Thanks to Sergio.

I ordered custom gift boxes and packaging and received everything in perfect condition, I am really happy with my items and will be ordering again

We recently designed some custom Macaron boxes for our new bakery / patisserie venture .

Neha was outstanding from the start , through the design process and even up until we received delivery of our goods .

Totally professional and a great quality product in the end .

We will definitely be working with Creative Boxes again as our business expands .

I made an initial enquiry for some custom boxes.
The gentleman I spoke to, Sergio was very helpful and informative and dealt with my enquiry in a professional but friendly manner. I felt that he was listening to my requests and giving good feedback.
definitely a company I'd like to work with in my business

I bought custom rigid jewellery boxes, I must say they are elegant and sophisticated. They fit well and work nicely. This demonstrates the company's commitment to excellence.

Creative Boxes delivers top-notch custom packaging solutions, innovation, and quality craftsmanship. From design to delivery, their attention to detail ensures a memorable experience for businesses. Thanks for your hard work.

I dealt with Sergio, he has given me excellent customer service, I can not comment on the products., which is way the 4 star. Thank you Sergio, hope to do business with you in the future.

Very helpful despite being able to meet requirements

Joseph was very helpful with getting my quote over to me in quick timing. He was always great with communication.

Fantastic customer service experience. This was the best company I have dealt with. Listen to your exact needs and keep you informed every step of the way. Joseph is a great person who made me feel confident.

We have just received our custom order from Creative boxes and I am so happy! The quality of the products are amazing. I have dealt with Joseph throughout the ordering process, he ensured we received exactly what we were looking for & kept us updated along every step of the way. We will definitely be ordering more in the future!

After making my first purchase with Joseph I was even happier with the second order as I increased the quantity, Joseph was very friendly and helpful as always with any questions I had even out of work hours to ensure I was happy throughout the process. Will continue using as they are great all round and really care about their customers!

Kind regards

From start to finish my experience with Creative Boxes has been excellent. Joseph was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive. The finished product turned out even better than I imagined. I would highly recommend to anyone. I will most definitely be making a repeat order!

Brilliant service, so helpful throughout the whole design process and boxes arrived in perfect quality and exactly what we imagined!

An amazing service from start to finish. Joseph was great at guiding us through the ordering process, with great communication, even replying late at night to get things sorted. The quality of the boxes we received as a final product is wonderful! We will definitely be using Creative Boxes again in the future, incredible value compared to other personalised services on the market.

At times we were a little worried whether it was too good to be true, but this company honestly seem to be trying to offer a brilliant service without ripping customers off, and they are doing a fantastic job!

Fantastic service and even better result!

After randomly coming across this company on google I can honestly say I am so glad I did, from start to finish I have received the most incredible personal service from Joseph, helping me step by step to get the finished product I wanted, I have now finally received all my packaging ready to launch my golf brand in April and it is exceptional, he told me it would be good but I under estimated how good the finished result would be.

I absolutely recommend this company for all your packaging needs they go far and beyond for you and are there at every step of the way.

Thank you once again to Joseph and his team at Creative boxes.

Great service, I had my doubts but I can confirm this is legitimate company and when I expressed my doubts Joseph was very helpful and took his time to ensure I was at ease.
Products turned our great, perfect measurements and quick turn around
