It’s always a worry trying to buy a Motorhome when you have to part with your hard earned savings. We have always looked at the bigger companies thinking this is the best way to go, but nothing can compare to the wonderful after care service we have had from Russ and Wendy! (No we didn’t know them before) !

We met them at the Malvern show where we took the plunge and bought a camper van which cleared us out of savings.
The alarm kept going off during the night and we rang Russ. (Bank holiday Monday) Nothing was too much trouble. He helped every step of the way to find the reason and once we found the reason (battery) he immediately replaced it.

Russ and Wendy provided a truly great experience when we purchased the Kon Tiki motorhome, We first met at the Newbury show where we were able to view the Kon Tiki and Wendy was great giving us her time and experience when there were so many other potential buyers at a very busy time. She also insisted we go away and have a think before we reached any decision whether to buy or not, so after a nice cup of coffee, we went back and bought the van, a decision we still find ourselves laughing about in anticipation of some great trips in future. We had to delay picking the van up due to our illness, something Wendy and Russ accommodated easily and without any complaint whatsoever. When we finally picked the van up, first off we got a most welcome cuppa from Wendy and then Russ gave us a great time doing the handover, which was extremely thorough. The main problem we face is trying to remember everything he told us, giving us the benefit of his and Wendy's experiences and trying to inculcate the many tips on how to get the best out of the Kon Tiki. We would not hesitate to recommend Weny and Russ to anyone, we got an amazing product of the highest quality allied with incredible quality of service. Seriously, 11 out of 10 to them, we look forward to meeting on the road somewhere in future and sharing a drop of the good stuff. Although the Nissan van we liked at the show had sold, Russ quickly sourced another van for us. Within three weeks the conversion was complete. A very easy transaction with Russ and Wendy when they purchased our motorhome. Russ was friendly to deal with on the telephone, a mutual honesty brought about an agreed amount which was never discussed again. Viewing and collection was punctual and stress free, with Wendy taking care of the paperwork. Funds transferred immediately. Their professional approach to the purchase meant they had trade plates / insurance / purchase invoice etc. Perhaps more importantly was that Russ and Wendy shared with us their desire to buy and sell only the very best presented/condition used motorhomes…..good news for their buyers!

We bought a VW T6.1 Campervan from Wendy and Russell and after 3 months the roof started veering right. I contacted Russell and explained the problem and the knock on effect of this ripping the canvas on the Pop Top. He said bring it back to him and he would fix it due to his experience with fitting Pop Tops. We dropped it off and he updated us daily with regards timings and progression. He fixed the veering roof a loose nut and bolt and the canvas without question. It's rare these days to have a company that prides itself on customer satisfaction, I will definitely use them again on the future.

What can I say, Wendy and Russ are a genuine couple who have gone above and beyond to make our first campervan purchase seemless. No pushy selling techniques at the Norfolk show, just honest advice all through the process. Its very rare these days that customer satisfaction and the business name are there no one priority. We purchased our Pilote Motorhome from Creative Campervan Conversion Limited. Owners Russ &Wendy were fantastic to deal with. They were really helpful , communication was excellent and really great people to work with . The Van handover was simple and very thorough. Russ gave an excellent explanation of all the van features and was able to answer all our questions. He even picked us up from the local station on the day of collecting. Whilst driving the 250 miles back to Cornwall I noticed the reversing camera had an intermittent fault and that the handbrake seemed to need tightening, as it had to be raised really high to get it to hold (slightly rising) drive.
With the distance between us I thought we may have had an issue with logistics to get the problems fixed. I needn't have worried, Rus and Wendy were good as gold. They asked u to get the issues fixed locally, and send them the bill.
With one thing and another ... (intermittent fault, Christmas, and slots booking things in) a few months went by before the issues were sorted.
However, the national Auto Centre that we had taken the hand brake to, didn't do a full (free) brake check that we had booked, but merely found a loose tensioning nut, they tightened this and put a locking nut behind it, then sent us on our way.
A few months later however it failed the MOT on the handbrake, at the same Auto Centre previously used! How embarrassing to have to go back to Russ and Wendy after almost seven months had passed, especially when we had told them the issue was sorted.
Again, we needn't have worried. I sent Russ the brake report, he accepted it was the original cause of the problem. He then checked out reputable garages that could take our size vehicle in our area, got it booked in with a new MOT and paid the bill.
I was always taught to be cautious, but our involvement with Russ and Wendy has taught me a lesson in trust.
They have been exemplary throughout and we have received excellent customer service from them.

We purchased a campervan from Wendy and Russ, at Creative Campervan Conversions. They were both super helpful and informative, answering all our questions and providing a thorough explanation and supporting paperwork of the van, electrics and how everything worked. The van, which they converted is well laid and kitted out and everything works as it should. They were able to fit a solar panel between viewing and pick up at our request, so that we can do off grid camping without worrying about the leisure battery. We would highly recommend this company.
