I had a pretty good experience with the Creative Website Studios team!!! I was really well assisted during the entire creative process, had the prompt support whenever needed and the final result was really amazing! It was worthy for my business and I'm looking forward to work with them in the upcoming projects!

From the website chat agent who directed me to the package I was looking for, to the designers who were very prompt with their communication, listened to my needs, and completed the project in the timeframe given. Scammers from Asia!!! Never fall for their trap.

Having had a prior website, abandoned about 10 years ago after leaving the industry it was in, I decided to reestablish an online presence once again for my main and current occupation. The prior one, even though only part time, was in a regulated industry, so websites were extremely controlled, fairly generic, and pretty much host generated.

This time around I was free to create whatever I wanted. After much consideration about the areas of concentration I wished to pursue, I perused many sites to see how they addressed various issues.

Trying to avoid the major players in my industry, who offer fairly generic, but proven site designs, I searched for an independent design firm, and came across Creative Website Studios.

We considered numerous page designs, most of which turned out to be much too complicated, not only for CWS to design, but for actual readers to use.

After a series of back and forth discussions with Amy Cooper, the project leader on my site, we finally settled on a design and layout I am pleased with.

The final hurdle we encountered was what I thought should have been simple - email forwarding of a branded email to my regular email account. There was some sort of conflict between the webmail service CWS uses and my webmail account.

But Amy, and persistence, prevailed. Everything appears to be finally working smoothly.

So why did I give only 4 instead of 5 stars? I think the time of creation, over 2 months, was dragged out a bit more than expected, or necessary. Granted, there were numerous page changes and replacements, but if the programming complicated nature was made known, the more simplified versions could have been created much more timely.

Amy never gave up though. She was the greatest!

I have to say. They were extremely attentive, communication with them was excellent. I worked with Ben and Issac and they went above and beyond our expectations. They built us an amazing website and couldn’t be happier. We will definitely use them for any other project our company will need in the future and we hands down recommend them to anyone. It’s very hard to find such a great and well ran company in this day and age. A+ On a job well done guys!!!!

This creative company is 10 stars. I will never go anywhere else for my website building needs. Ben and Amy are technological geniuses that have helped and supported me with information that isn’t even relevant to the website they are building for me. That’s the kind of people they are.
