CC Putney has looked after our cat who has a chronic condition on several occasions, sometimes in very urgent need. The team are friendly, supportive, love animals, are highly professional, and we have no hesitation in recommending them. The app and subscription options are excellent too.
Overall, exactly what a vets should be in 2026!

Creature Comforts St Johns Wood are brilliant, when my young kitten had an accident they were so kind, also when my other cat needed surgery, i would recomend then to evrybody ❤️

What really stood out was that they kept checking in on Karma’s progress even after she was referred to a specialist clinic. Truly a team that goes above and beyond—highly recommended!

Just amazing all-round. The Barnet and Mill Hill clinics were amazing. Prices are reasonable and the interiors are relaxing and not crowded. All staff and vets are very kind and helpful and really take the time to see you and answer questions and give advice. I love the membership program.

Creature comforts Putney, such a lovely friendly place. My dog Betsy just had dental surgery there. The staff kept me informed throughout the procedure and put me at ease knowing my fur baby was in the best hands. All the vets are great as are the reception staff. Betsy loves all the attention she gets there snd the treats of course. The after care is also great I would highly recommend.

We joined Creature Comforts not long after it opened. It is an amazing practice much better than our previous Vet. The space is clean bright and uncluttered and everyone is so kind and accommodating with the animals. They have provided travel documents very efficiently and removed some vegetation from our cockapoos ear with just one visit. I recommend the practice without reservation.

Cannot recommend enough! We’ve been with Creature Comforts Balham for 6 months now, and those 6 months have ended up being the most medicially complicated of our dogs whole life (constant illnesses, injuries, unknown pain etc). Creature Comforts have been incredible throughout. We wouldn’t trust anyone else with our dog now. Dr Marie, Dr Jess, nurse Erin and the whole team are fantastic. We also recently had to attend the St John’s Wood practice and were once again so impressed. The care Creature Comforts give Arthur is beyond compare. Arthur’s super nervous and they’ve also been wonderful with him and helping him feel more confident in the surgery. We can’t thank them enough.

The team are wonderful at Clapham Junction my little Dog really enjoys going to the Vets. She used to be really frightened of going into Vets but since we have joined Creature Comforts at Clapham Junction, she’s calm she loves to go in there. She likes to play when we get there Ireally lovely helpful team of staff at Clapham Junction. Thank you for all your hard work. What you’re doing with your animals down there we will see you again very soon, Willow and Lyn Williamson.

Creature Comfort is a great vet. The people there are very friendly and the treat wall always goes down well with my dog. The app works well and being able to book an appointment on there is so much better and easier than having to call up, it allows for so much flexibility and ease! I would highly recommend.

I’ve taken my dog Ozzy to the Clapham junction branch from a puppy he’s 9 months now and loves going to the vet ,the staff are all so friendly and he gets spoilt rotten and does not want to leave even when he has had a injection he never whimpered as they are so good

Amazing first experience with my 8 year old Labrador Bruno from the host to the vet. We were treated so well. Beautiful clinic and air conditioned too. We have signed up to the monthly subscription which I feel is going to be extremely useful. And very importantly I didn’t feel ripped off (unlike some other vets). All in all just perfect! Ps Bruno loved the treats and the ball!

We have been with Creature Comforts in Putney for nearly a year and have been very happy with their service. The facilities are clean / modern, the staff is thorough and everyone has been very friendly. We have never had an issue getting an appointment.

The only wrinkle I would mention is that there is no number to call the Putney branch directly. Instead we have their number routes to a central office. Usually they are fast to connecting with Putney

We love Creature Comforts in Balham - they've looked after us so well and Stevie Wonderdog always loves going in to see them :)

My cat recently underwent a procedure at Creature Comforts in Muswell Hill for a gum disease problem. She had scaling and 2 teeth extracted.
The vets were very professional and caring and explained everything clearly throughout the process.
They allowed me to pay in instalments which helped me considerably as my pet insurance did not cover this treatment.
I was really really happy with the service received.
I am a member and this also helps keep the costs low when attending regular appointments.
I would highly recommend this branch.
