Warning to anyone considering Credit…

Warning to anyone considering Credit Saint.

$193 was withdrawn from my bank account for a service I never knowingly signed up for and never agreed to pay for. I had no idea I was even enrolled in anything with this company until the money was already gone.

When I called to try to resolve the issue and request a refund, I was told I wasn’t eligible because I hadn’t been in their program for 90 days. That made no sense because I never intentionally enrolled in their program in the first place. They insisted there was no miscommunication, but there clearly was, because I would have never agreed to pay $193 for something like this — especially given my financial situation at the time.

Taking money from someone and then refusing to refund it based on a technical policy, even when the customer says they never knowingly signed up, is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

Be very cautious before giving this company any personal or banking information. Monitor your bank account closely.

Went through the whole sales pitch. Then at the end the rep says you will have to make payment agreements with your creditors. I said no thanks. Are you a credit repair company or a debt consolidation company? Very misleading. Buyer beware.

Lie about charges

They promised a discount rate of 59...charged 139, said they could fix (in chat) never did...go with another company without two faces if you need credit repair

I have serious concerns about Credit…

I have serious concerns about Credit Saint’s billing practices.

Credit Saint charges a monthly fee every 30 days, even though credit bureau investigations often remain open for up to 45 days. This means consumers are billed while investigations are still ongoing and before any results are delivered or even known.

At the time you’re charged, there are no completed investigations, no outcomes, and no way for the consumer to verify that the service has actually been completed. In practical terms, you’re paying while the work is still unresolved.

This exact issue was addressed by the CFPB in its enforcement action against Lexington Law, where regulators rejected the argument that submitting disputes or performing administrative work justifies charging fees before results are achieved. The CFPB made it clear that labels like “monthly” fees don’t matter if consumers are charged before services are complete.

Transparency is lacking, and the billing model leaves consumers paying during periods when nothing has been finalized.

Potential customers should carefully review the billing structure and understand that you may be charged while investigations are still legally pending.

Waste of money

I found this company to be an absolute waste of my money. There was 0 movement on my credit. Absolutely no removals. Absolutely no change in my credit even after paying extra for their subscription to help build my credit I had to call the company for them to even send proper letters to the credit beureaus. After 90 days they refused to refund me the money back guarantee. Incredibly disappointed

Credit Saint scammed me

Credit Saint scammed me. They took my money and removed the issue, but it was just sold to another scam company. They then told me that I should of tried to pay off the debt!
They never did say anything to me, and now there is a new debt company . Such a lie and scam.

Asked for financial help and only got financial HURT

I signed up with this company hoping I would get financial help but I was charged a $195 fee for nothing! When I put in my credit card details, the website said there was 1 month where I would not be charged but instead took it directly out of my account. When I called to ask for a refund, the agent was rude and talked over me and said that the fee charge was in paperwork that I was never notified about or sent! The agent said the paperwork was sent digitally but I was never notified in any way! I cancelled service immediately and would never work with this company and would encourage anyone who needs credit repair to stay far away from credit “saint” unless they want to be charge $200 for NOTHING. I’m out of $195 for no services at all. I told the agent if my money could not be refunded I would file a complaint with the better business bureau because this was not good business and he told me sarcastically to “have a blessed day ma’am” and hung up on me. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau and also on Consumer Affairs! As soon as the charge posts (yes, it hasn’t even been 24 hours for the charge to post) I will also be disputing the charge with my bank! They should be called Credit Sham instead of Credit “Saint”. Shame on them

We appreciate the opportunity to address this complaint and respectfully disagree. The client was cancelled and issued a partial refund on the same day he submitted this complaint. Since then, we have made over half a dozen attempts to reach him in order to address his concerns without success. The client signed himself up online at 1am on October 9th, 2025. The client supplied his full social security number along with his address and date of birth. The client answered security questions supplied by Experian to retrieve his credit report, his billing details and accepted the user agreement.

I joined in February 2023, paying $84 the first month and $79.99 monthly after that. For almost two years, they silently charged me over $2,600 while delivering zero results — no deletions, no score improvement, no communication.

When I finally found out, they blamed me for not calling them earlier and said their policy “clearly states” they don’t contact customers proactively. That means they keep billing you quietly even when their service does nothing — and when you finally notice, they hide behind their “90-day” and “120-day” refund limits.

These so-called “terms” are deceptive and completely unreasonable. The 90-day and 120-day limits are nothing more than a shield to deny refunds and trap customers who never received real service. No honest company should be allowed to charge people for nearly two years, fail to deliver, and then use fine print to keep their money.

Credit Saint respectfully rebuts Ms. Lu Sun’s complaint alleging lack of service, communication, and unauthorized billing. Our records show that Ms. Sun was fully aware of her enrollment, received continuous updates, and benefited from ongoing credit dispute services from February 2023 through October 2025.
Ms. Sun electronically accepted and signed the Credit Saint Service Agreement on February 16, 2023, after reviewing it online. This agreement clearly disclosed monthly billing, refund eligibility (within 90–120 days), and cancellation procedures.
From February 2023 through November 2025, Ms. Sun logged into her secure client portal at least 18 times, including in March 2023, May 2023, December 2024, and November 2025. Each login required her credentials, confirming continued awareness of her active service and account status.
During this period, Credit Saint performed dispute work on her behalf continuously, submitting challenges to all three credit bureaus approximately every 45 days. Each submission triggered automated email notifications sent to Ms. Sun’s registered address. In total, over 40 disputes and related updates were sent between February 2023 and October 2025.
Ms. Sun also opted in for text message updates and received consistent SMS notifications confirming dispute releases, document requests, and progress updates from February through July 2023. Our system shows no delivery failures or opt-out requests.
Annual renewal reminders were sent on March 3, 2024, and March 4, 2025, both successfully delivered. Billing remained active under the original service agreement, which Ms. Sun never canceled or questioned until November 2025—over 20 months after enrollment.
The Credit Saint refund policy, which Ms. Sun accepted, allows refunds only within 90–120 days of enrollment if no deletions occur. Her refund eligibility expired in mid-2023. While results cannot be guaranteed due to independent credit bureau decisions, Credit Saint fulfilled all required dispute actions and communications.
The claim that Ms. Sun was unaware of ongoing service or charges is contradicted by the documented logins, recurring communications, and continuous dispute work completed on her behalf.
In summary:
Ms. Sun accepted the Service Agreement on Feb 16, 2023.
Logged into her portal multiple times through 2025.
Received consistent email and SMS updates.
Credit Saint submitted disputes regularly to all bureaus.
Refund policy terms were met and exceeded.
Credit Saint acted transparently, fulfilled all contractual obligations, and maintained full communication throughout Ms. Sun’s service period. We offered the client a refund, outside of policy for 3 months which she declined. We were unable to accommodate her request and regret that we were unable to resolve this matter
As a gesture of goodwill, her account has been formally canceled and no future billing will occur. Written confirmation of cancellation has been sent to her registered email address.

My experience with CREDIT SAINTS felt…

My experience with CREDIT SAINTS felt like a scam. I signed up in May 2025 it's now October and nothing has been done. I called to cancel and get my money back from the 90 days if nothing changed to be told I missed the deadline.

Honestly, all it take is one bad review just saying cause your time your money your credit it’s an annoying process, but you can do it. Carefully read every detail

My experience with Credit Saint has been extremely disappointing and misleading. I signed up based on their well-promoted 90-day money-back guarantee, which promises a refund if no negative items are removed within that period. After nearly two months of service with absolutely no results, I canceled — and only then was I informed that I do not qualify for a refund because I didn’t stay the full 90 days.

At no point during the sign-up process or during any of my interactions with their agents was it explained that I needed to remain enrolled past a certain date to be eligible for the guarantee. In fact, when I canceled, I did so under the impression that the guarantee would still apply — especially since no results were delivered. The company also failed to proactively communicate the additional steps required (such as mailing sensitive personal documents or requesting a refund within a specific 30-day window), which are buried in the fine print but never clearly explained.

Instead of transparency, I was met with shifting terms, hidden conditions, and upsells for discounted services. This feels deceptive — and not at all aligned with how a reputable credit repair service should operate. After wasting time and money with zero improvement to my credit, I strongly caution others to carefully read every detail before signing up and not to rely on their advertised guarantee.

They are fake as hell

They are fake as hell, people beware, they must have they own people or paying to write reviews, I signed up with them in November of 2024 and it was a total waste of money, and to make matters worst they promise on their advertising that 30 days money back guarantee and that's not true, nothing was removed from my report 120 days and after a few months I realize that they are just another scammer, ride it out as long as possible and collecting your hard earned money every month, after I wrote a review about the company on google, some dude from the company name Chris, keeps on calling me asking me to edit the review and that he'll be working on my report to get it done but first I have to edit the review and when I asked about my refund I got no answer, so just to let other people know that they're all the same just out to get your money and nothing else
