I think the people that send an email was rude to me, but the one that reached out to me was very kind and generous and understanding while I was coming from so I am grateful for that

Satisfaction guarantee for sure
It was a wonderful expierience for me! I had a problem getting logged into the program, so I thought (it was my fault the whole time lol). Customer service communicated very well and were persistent. I ended up speaking with Ann she awesome by BTW! She was very patient thru my idiot moments. Very knowledgeable and overall very helpful. I’m not sure I have ever had a better experience ever in life.

What went wrong is, I was forwarded to the Scoresense website and when I tried to return to start the process, I cant find your webpage, with no contact infurmation im very displeased essentially liding all hope in your system tvat i paid for including the automatic app which is gone, is there anyone to help me? A few steps that usually fix the issue you described:
1. Go to creditsecrets.com and click Sign In.
2. If you cannot log in, use the Forgot Password link to reset your password.
3. If you were forwarded to ScoreSense, close your browser, clear your cache, then return to creditsecrets.com and sign in again. Sometimes the redirect clears after a fresh session.
If that does not work, please contact our Customer Success Team so we can resolve this immediately. Our team will escalate and confirm everything for you.

At first, when I tried ordering online, my card kept declining even though there was money in the account. I called the support number and was able to order the physical copy and got access to the digital copy as well. The representative was very helpful. Now, in 7-10 business days, I will start on my journey to improving my credit.

SCAM
SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! I was charged $188 with NO problem, BUT I could not log in; I could not get my password updated; and I received absolutely nothing but credit reports that I could have gotten for free. I was unable to talk to anyone AND I sent SEVERAL emails and fair warning for poor service and NO product. ALSO, if you NEED more info, check the emails I sent with screenshots of what I was charged AND my inability to log in. THAT should be enough "info" for you.

Outstanding customer service
I spoke with a wonderful, very friendly, efficient lady who listened to me babble on far longer than she needed too. She fixed the problem right away, and stayed on the phone with me until she knew it was working. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name because I was to wrapped up in my own issues, which she was so gracious about.
