My new Nike p-6000 look great couldn’t be more happy I emailed the seller to see if they could source me the size I wanted as initially my size wasn’t available they got back to me immediately and told me they’d be able to source my size, great customer service would definitely buy from them again.

I had to pay 15 pound to send my stuff…
I had to pay 15 pound to send my stuff back that was miles too big for a small. Secondly they only give you a week to send the stuff back but yet you can’t get hold of them for certain details. I also had to ring again 2 weeks later to see what was going on with my money and they hadn’t even progressed it yet. I WOULD never order from here again and I advise no one else too.

We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience, however we do need to correct several inaccuracies in your review.
As clearly stated on our website, we do not offer free returns and customers are responsible for return postage costs. Your order was for size Medium clothing, not a Small as stated in your review.
In addition, we do not operate a phone line, so there would have been no possibility of “ringing again” to speak with us. All customer support is handled promptly via email .
Finally, your refund was processed within 3 days of receiving your return, not 2 weeks later as claimed.
We always aim to provide accurate information and fair service to all customers, and we’re disappointed to see misleading statements published here.
