I accidentally ordered the wrong size Travis Scott Jordan 1s for my son’s birthday, so I gave CREPSUK a call. They sorted everything out straight away and changed the size without any hassle. The customer service was honestly amazing they went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted in time. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Not received my trainers after being told they’d be delivered within 1-3 working days, it’s been 6 working days and still waiting. I’ve emailed and not had any correspondence. Do not order from here

I am not sure if this is a real site I place an order about a week ago for a hoodie that was supposed to arrive within 1/3 days.

I haven’t received anything nor an update Iv tired to call & email. An nothing..

I returned an item on the 28th February, it was received by them on the 4th March and I’ve still not received a refund. I have sent an email and received no response. DO NOT buy from this company!

Terrible purchased a top online on Saturday payes 11 pound guaranteed delivery Sunday it didn't come on their site in small print says don't include Sunday.monday midday no sign of delivery or any email saying it will be delivered no phone number on their website do hard to contact them finials I find a email thing 3pm they tell me the.top that I orderd on Saturday was expecting Sunday now monday 3 pm is not coming and not in stock even though I have ordered it.on Saturday this is two days before Xmas.. as a person with disabilities it will be hard to get out and find a gift for a family member stay away from crep as what you order might not be instock especially if its a gift and you will have to chase it up i give them 1 star because you can't give 0
