I ordered the tiny tinsel tree and color wheel and I got a cheap tree and I can't even get a fricken refund!!!! It is crazy that you buy something and not only do you get the wrong product, but you can't even get a refund!!!!!

If I could give a lower score, I would.
I never got my package; it never even got shipped. 5 months later, I reached out once again and finally got a response. They gave me $20 and told me to take it or leave it. Don't buy from this company - They're frauds and will 100% steal your money.

My boyfriend ordered this for me thinking it would be a nice Christmas gift. What arrived was absolutely nothing like the pictures, and was an absolute scam. Instead of being a beautiful carved stone mug, it was an ugly plastic resin cup with acrylic paint slapped on it in weird places. It’s probably a blessing in disguise that the shipping took so long because my bf had to scramble to get me something that would arrive in time.

This is False Advertising.
They say these mugs are hand carved crystal minerals and they certainly are NOT.
They are a resin type plastic which is clearly factory made and nothing like the pictures.
They also state that it holds 11oz which is absolute BS.😡
It only holds 175 ml/6oz which isn't even a cup of coffee.
I payed a fortune for something I could have brought in a junk shop.😡
Will never shop there again and don't recommend to anyone.
How about telling your customers the truth.

Absolute scam of a company. Do not buy from them, you’re paying top dollar for something flimsy and cheap. You can actually YouTube videos on these Crystal mugs. Fraudulent business.

They advertise coffee mugs made out of geode rocks, but I just received my coffee mugs 3 weeks late and they are made out of some kind of hard plastic polymer with cheap coloring in it to make it look slightly like the pictures they are advertising. Do not purchase these coffee mugs you will be greatly disappointed. They are not made out of rock at all they're made out of cheap plastic

One star is giving desperate. They should get ZERO stars and I wish I could post a photo of what I ordered vs what I got! I can't even find the email or original confirmation so I assume my issue will go unresolved and I'm sure I won't get a refund based on other reviews. I am soooo annoyed. I knew these mugs were too good to be true and should have looked this site up before ordering!

As far as I am aware I believe Crepuscute is only a platform for 3rd party sellers that use their platform to sell their misleading and faulty products, so my review is based on the supplier that I purchased through this site which uses the name YH, which never shows up until you make the purchase.
If you’re here now and you haven’t purchased yet, then I would suggest you do your homework as you will find that you can also purchase the same faulty and misleading products through other sites at far-far-far less then what you can get it for on this site, but be aware that all these products come from China and be prepared……You get what you pay for (even though I was ripped off and paid 100 times more than its value), pay peanuts and you will always get monkeys.

If you have already purchased and you’re here reading this good luck because the 3rd parties will make you jump through hoops with excuses after excuses after excuse to get a refund.
I was hoodwinked with the deceptive information and promises into purchasing their anti-snore product and when I contacted the 3rd party company to express my dissatisfaction, I was offered a partial refund (LESS THEN A ¼ OF WHAT I PAID) and to keep their faulty product….In which universe or parallel world would I accept that, and to keep a product that doesn’t work. It is not what it was hyped up to be and their promise for 100% customer satisfaction is completely misleading.
Regardless after numerous emails back and forth, I was forced to pay for the return of a faulty product, but that was the easy part.
Every time I would ask for the return address, I would receive another email with another contemptable offer for compensation and excuses that if I was to return the product that it would cost more than what the product is worth and that it could take a further 90 days to get the refund “if” they verified that they had received the product in the same condition that it was sent in.
Wow, this is a 3rd party company that not only stands by their faulty products but operates with such high integrity…….If you haven’t gathered I am being facetious, they DON’T stand by their product hype and they DON’T have any integrity.

Don’t go near this company. Also be aware of other sites selling the same merchandise under different company names. It’s all part of the same scam.

Oh, if you are on any of their websites you will find all these raving reviews of how great the products are and how all their customers are happy, if that doesn’t sound warning bells then I wish you the customer all the luck in the world. Terrible products and try and see if you can even leave a review on their site, YOU CAN’T!!

This business is a scam. I ordered 2 pairs of jeans. They were both defective. They wanted me to pay for shipping them to China in order to get a return or exchange. In the end, they just offered me $28 back. I had paid $79 for the two pairs. I am stuck with two defective pairs of pants, and having lost net $51. Don’t go near this company. Also be aware of other sites selling the same merchandise under different company names. It’s all part of the same scam.

Terrible product and I can't even leave a review on the site! The seam on the front leg is off center, they smell to high heaven like chemicals even after washing several times!! The pockets are sown shut in the middle of each pocket! I had no idea these were being shipped from China either... I wish I had looked up reviews first!! Do not buy!!!

Do not purchase from this site. They lure you with advertisements like,”last day 50% off”… clothing is not as it appears and when you try to return items, they give you 10% of what you paid. I paid $119.00 for 3 pants and they were only offering to pay $25.00 and keep the pants that have the quality and texture of karate pants! Too good to be true- is true.

I bought a rod they advertised for 48” and when it came it was 18”. Do not trust this Company. No recourse is an option.

BE AWARE! SCAM! I order 2 pair of pants for a total of $79.78 USD. . They are advertised as “Oprah’s Favorite”. When they arrived I notice the back pockets on one pair were no sewen evenly. One was closer to the midseam than the other and crooked. The white pair was so thin you could see the pockets and undergarments. Both pair were made from low quality material and both fit completely different. I requested a refund, sent the 8 photos they required. I heard back the next day and they offerd me $15 USD and told me to keep the pants. After several emails the final offer was $25 USD or ship them back to Dongguan China. This company is a scam with false advertising and very poor quality of merchandise.

Please do not order from thos scam company i bought straighteners that are basically fit for a dolls house there tiny plastic things that feel like there away to snap any minute! No heat as i can keep my thumb on the heat pad. Paid £27 for these plastic rubbish asked for refund they want to see a video sent a video they said they never got a video ridiculous they should be done with fraud!
