Spoke to the Rep he said he would send a ms teams message, I did explain I had issues with teams connecting and when it failed, no call back, rang customer services explained the situation and requested a call back, none received. So can't rate anything other than if a company can't be bothered to call a customer even before the job is even considered, I worry about what would happen if they were employed to carry out the work. 0 stars but can only give 1.

Just had solar panels and EV charger fitted by CRG. From start to finish the guys were polite and worked hard through out the day. Totally recommend this company.

Our new heating system and solar panels was installed by CRG Direct. I think you can tell how professional and reputable a company is, not just by a smooth service, but by the way it handles any problems that arise during an installation. Ian was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and showed a genuine interest in making sure the installation met my family’s needs. He was clear in his communication from the start, had high expectations and importantly took accountability in resolving some issues. He also answered the phone (very rare) and rang back when he said he would. I found the team in the office were notably professional, friendly and knowledgeable too. Thank you CRG Direct.

Fantastic job from start to finish. The installation was done in a day. Very neat and tidy job. If your considering Solar/Battery system, Get these guys to give you a quote.

I cannot recommend this Company enough.
Monday 7.30am - Scaffolders nice and early to errect the scaffolding
Tuesday 7.30am - Delivery of materials for the Solar Panels. Drew was here before 8.00am and commecnced the fitting of the panels, as was Rumail, Roland and Carl the Electricans. Their workmanship was outstanding as was their manners - such lovely lads. There works completed that day and all clean and tidy when they left
Wednesday - 8.00am Jake and Sam arrived to put in the heat pump. But that was under deliberation that i got my way lol. The insalltion was again second to none and all works completed and tided up.
Thursday - 8.30am All rubbish was colletecd and cleared by CRG fella
Thursday PM now trying to put the information on an app on my phone and have got stuck and Gemma in the office has made an appoinment for a tech guy to come tomorrow afternoon to set it all up an show me how it works LOL, technology eh - brilliant
A BIG thank you to all the staff proir and after and mostly Carl, Drew, Roland, Rumail, Jake & Sam for all your hard work and making the experiance a very pleasant one

Originally had some issues regarding installation but was sorted in a prompt and friendly manner. Solar is working great and we have added an additional battery. Sharni and Carl installed my battery today(11th June) and they did a great job explaining and setting up my system. My wife is over the moon as she has become obsessed with saving money on our utility bills. I would definitely recommend getting a battery and as a company CRG are very professional and care about the customer service and quality of work. Thank you !

Connor and Curtis from CRG direct recently fitted our new hybrid heatpump system. They done a great job and, Connor especially, went above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was explained to us. If he didn't know an answer to our questions, he went out of his way to find out answers for us. There were a couple of unexpected issues beyond anyones control, but Connor worked relentlessly to resolve these issues and even worked late in order to get the installation finished on time.
Really pleased with their work. Very professional and approachable. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

We have had solar panels, heat pump,new boiler,and a radiator fitted. The whole team from electricians, plumbers and the fitter of the solar panels, every one of the was fantastic they were friendly, explained everything and were very tidy. The sub contractor that fitted the solar panels found we had 2 broken tiles, he went and sourced a couple and fitted them and never charged me.the whole experience was brilliant.

Just had CRG carry out energy improvements on our home under the Warmer Home Scheme. Everything was carried out on schedule and even the one thing which wasn’t it was arranged over the weekend so we didn’t have to wait until the Monday. The guys doing the work were very efficient and friendly. Anybody considering any solar or other energy improvements to their home please consider this company as you won’t regret it.

Had work done by CRG team Tom, Mark and Adrian very professional, informative and amiable. Fantastic job done.

Tom ,Mark and Sharni are a great team
They were friendly and professional .
And explained what they were doing and how things would operate.
They also explained how long the work would last
They started on 14th and finished 16th May 2025
We were impressed how tidy they left house each day .
All the boxes etc and old heaters etc were taken away on last day here.
Not forgetting Raf who fitted the solar panels.

Installation was great, after care absolutely shocking, have an issue with the air conditioning unit they installed, called at least 10 times in the last year, no one ever answers, leave a message and no one has ever called me back, unfortunately now would never recommend them then to anyone, would just like them to call me back and redeem themselves??!!

What a great professional team josh has. A joy to have around working.very polite team and they all keep you up to date with what they're doing etc..exceptionally clean workmanship and nothing is too much bother for the team.id recommend them to anyone..shame other companies don't have worker's like this..thanks for an A1 job

Sharni made a return visit to add a battery to my solar panels that were installed by CRG. She previously installed a Zappi charger for my plug in hybrid. Her workmanship is amazing and she is a credit to CRG.

Great company, everyone very knowledgeable and friendly. We had a very successful solar panel installation a couple of years ago by CRG and we have now had them back to install 2 air conditioning units. Very happy on each occasion with the clean tidy professional workmanship. Would highly recommend.
