The worst costumer service ever.They sent to me scratched reading glasses.I sent photos imiditially after open the package.I asked an replacement or refund .They offer me 1 USD refund for an item 20 USD .I have never seeing such a ridiculous behavior from a company ..keep away

i bought 6 snatch bodystockings. 3 in small and 3 in medium. i am normally small/ medium and also in other shareware.
i have to say that i am deeply disappointed. only the black colour material creates some kind of shapeware, and the black quality is thicker than the other colours. i have other shape ware and these are useless. i will just call them normal bodystockings. i even bought the smallest size and no “snatching” going on with any off them. i do t co seder that i have been sold what was advertised. i am on holiday in italy and my family brought them for me, so i just tried them on now. i have plenty of normal bodystocking and i don’t need any more. what i need is a bodystocking that snacked at the waist, and non of them do that, which was what i was promised. even my strong non shape-ware bathing suit works better.

so sad. you made such good advertising for the fantasying effect, but it’s is just not true.

A purchased a bling phone case advertised to charge wth Mag Chargers. It does not charge I I have to remove the case or find another charger lead to use. I contacted Criteriont and sent photos and they offered me a $2 refund. It took 3 weeks to arrive in Australia and to add insult to injury they are now $6 on Temu. If it had of charged it would have been great.

I ordered a yarn holder from them. Supposed to be coming from Ireland. I've contacted customer support numerous times to no avail. Tracking shows it was delivered but NEVER received it. Never order from this company

I ordered a size 36 bra. The bra I received had a 36 label but was 27 and would have fitted a 10 year old.

I was offered to keep the item and receive $2 compensation. I didnt want this as the bra was no good to me so I asked for a refund, they said I had to pay the shipping costs to return the bra from the UK to the USA. After much back and forth I contacted PayPal. Absolutly shocking, avoid at all costs.

An item I bought was not delivered to the address specified in the purchase. After contacting them numerous times, they are still telling me that the item has been delivered and that I should complain in the local post office.
Zero customer support and help around the wrong delivery they have made.
Stay away from this company.
And not to mention the outrageous exchange rte they use for the purchases. Something they advertised in Australia for $15 was actually $26 after the purchase was completed, i.e. the pricing was apparently in USD, not in AUS

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I wish I would have checked these reviews before I purchased from this company. I ordered glasses and after a month and half they broke. I contacted the company, and they advised me that if I wanted to return these glasses, I would have to pay fees to ship overseas and If I thought that the fees were too expensive that they would refund $3.00! Apparently they do this all the time have defective items and know that it would cost the customer a lot to ship back and offer them dollars. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! ONE STAR RATING IS TOO HIGH!!!

I placed 2 orders with them, without realising the 2 different business names & websites were both Criteriont. Order #1 was a puzzle game for my grandson's birthday. Ordered it in March for his May birthday. Never arrived. After emails back and forth, found out my package has been in their Logistic company's warehouse in Melbourne for 4 wks, after being sent from Sydney. I live an hour away, should not take 4 wks to arrive & they still can't tell me when it will be delivered. Order #2 they used video footage from another company that had legitimate products. Clothing items. The Criterion copies did NOT work as they were advertised & actually caused damage to my own clothes as the color wasn't set & leaked when it got wet. They offered a $5 Sorry refund for items that cost $59! Stay away from this company as it will only give you a mega headache!

I placed an order for 6 sets of Christmas decor. It arrived 4 months later and after Christmas. The product was not as described and damaged. Upon asking for a reimbursement, I was offered $10 in exchange for keeping the $150 purchase which was useless. I opted for a full refund which was a further cost of $67. This is already another 4 months later and still no refund. Super disappointed and frustrated! Today, June, another 2 months after returning the product to the address in China provided by Criteriont, I received the product being returned from China. The package wasn’t even opened for inspection. I am now out $200, and Criteriont will not reply to emails.

Tracking was easy. 3 week delivery.
Cheaper than other sellers.

My glasses took two months to arrive, not terrible, but not the most ideal either!

They are beautiful and look as advertised, so I am happy, and the clarity while wearing them is amazing.

I have received today glasses that ordered on February 11. Not only the glasses are the wrong color but the left lense it is cracked. I am very so disappointed with this purchase. The lack of communication, the time frame for deliver, wrong product, and moreover cracked lenses...what else could go wrong?

It’s been 10 weeks and no parcel .
It was tracked and was in the UK in Oxford over 2 weeks ago . Have emailed many times and was told once it will come soon . They have never replied since , asked who the courier was and they had no idea . Think it’s a scam company to be honest as heard of 2 other people who haven’t received their parcel .

The same thing happened to me with them telling me me "order" couldn't be found they are looking in Sweden! They did take 36 dollars from my Visa. I had ordered from another company for the 2nd time and my order was hijacked! They said they were a tracking company also!!

I ordered a dog harness for our 1 year old cross pup. It took a longish time to arrive, a good 2 weeks, but the product seems to be of high quality. A bit of instruction on how to adjust the harness would have been good but for $15 or so I can figure it out.

I ordered a jumper as a gift for my daughter. When I saw it I didn’t like it. It was cheap but looked it. I asked for a refund. We exchanged a number of emails because they were sending me polite but useless responses. Final email they suggested I give the item away to a friend, and that maybe they will like it alot and thanked me for my understanding 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

I ordered a dog toy. It arrived in nonworking condition. Paid with PayPal. Open a case for a refund for defective toy. Criteriont finally said they would issue a refund. Problem is I have to return it to Hong Kong at my expense, which is more than the toy was worth

Do not trust this company. I did not receive a product and they refuse to do anything. Provided a constant run around and blamed the delivery system and said it isn't their fault, which may be, but most companies offer some kind of reconcilation. Oh and customs is in Italy but seems customer service is in China.

Similar to another review, I ordered a dress and top which cost £50. The description and photos showed a midi dress with a loose fitting top. What arrived was a dress which was well above my knee and I am only 5.6" and a very fitted top. I usually wear a size 10 and ordered a 12/14. Two of the email addresses for the company appear to be false, as they would not send my complaint and I am in the time consuming process of trying to get my money back via PayPal. Unfortunately, I do not believe the name of the company is in the advert. £50 is too much to lose on an item bought in good faith.

One star is TOO MANY! I ordered the beautiful cream colored sweater dress set... what I received was NOT what was in the advertisement pic AT ALL! I immediately emailed them requesting a refund, was met repeatedly with generic replies saying they're sorry that I'm not pleased but no direction on how to obtain refund. This is consumer fraud. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!
