Critter Control of West Palm Beach Avis 

So, there is a cluster of tall thin palm trees in our neighborhood...and every evening we watch the field mice and rats come and go as they please. Not something that we want with a neighborhood of kids and pets!

So out comes this guy Robert... traps and such in hand... like a modern day Tazmanian Devil, he sets and baits the traps... roots around some other bushes.... and gives us the thumbs up.

Ol' Robert comes back in a day...collects his traps, breaming with rodents.... and away he went.

Ryan from critter control showed outstanding work ethic when he came to our home for a rodent inspection. During the inspection he also discovered a bee hive in our attic, my husband and I had no idea we even had a bee problem. He treated the bees from our attic and removed 2 garage bags of honeycomb, then sealed up the entry point on our roof. Critter control is the best our home is now critter proof.

When I purchased my new home it came complete with rats in the attic! Critter Control came out the next day, sealed off all the ways they were getting in and we haven't had a problem since. The staff was polite, courteous, and punctual. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

We had a rat infestation. In the one day, Critter Control sealed up the house from the outside, removed all of our attic insulation, and installed new installation. The workers did a good job of trying to be as clean as possible. Critter Control came by three times the next week to ensure there were no more rats. I feel confident the problem is solved and we will not have any further issues. I would recommend Critter Control if you have a rat infestation.

It is rare to find a company that is a pleasure to deal with. Dealing with Jason yesterday in assessing my roof rat problem and the follow-up today with the gentleman that checked the traps were a pleasure.

All work as a team. When (which I could remember his name) came to check the traps and found them empty. He said the access need to be sealed so the rats would depend on the food in the traps. So he called the sealing team and they were here shortly thereafter.

I was lying in bed on a Monday evening when I heard a slight pounding sound coming from my attic. After doing some research on professional companies that specialize in this sort of thing, I was impressed by Critter Control's several outstanding reviews. As soon as I gave them a call, they eased my nerves. Shortly after giving them a call, I received a call from one of their wildlife specialists who was extremely professional. He worked with me on times he could be at my house to help me out. When he arrived, he was very polite and even put shoe covers before he even came in my house (so awesome!). He then explained to me what he would do before performing any inspection. This made me feel very comfortable, again very professional. After he walked around the exterior of my home taking notes on an iPad, (cool) he proceeded into the attic. You can say this is when it got interesting. After about 20 minutes or so the gentleman asked if we could go over what he had found and how they were going to fix it. He showed me pictures of the damage the raccoon had caused. We then took some time to go over our options. At this point, I had felt extremely confident in what the Wildlife Specialist was recommending.

Once we were all said and done he started trapping for me that day! And within 24 hours I had been contacted by the repair team who is going to come bring my attic back to a healthy state.... I just want to say thank you to Critter Control. Simply put, you guys are the pros....
