Easy platform to operate. Very helpful and encouraging staff, price was right too

CrowdFundr is a game-changer. It's clear that this is a company that genuinely cares about the projects on the platform. They offer free *genuinely helpful* advice, easy customer service, and wayyyy lower fees than other platforms. 11/10 recommend.

After conducting thorough research and reading Crowdfundr reviews, I was initially enthusiastic about utilizing this platform for my campaign. I understood that they still didn’t have wide donor community especially for filmmakers, and most of the funding would rely on my promotions and personal network. As a filmmaker based in the U.S., having recently relocated from India, my primary network is from India. Unfortunately, shortly after I launched my campaign, Crowdfundr ceased operations in this region due to the prevalence of scammers. What's most frustrating is that they failed to inform me about this development.

When I initially reached out to them, their response was merely suggesting I create a custom URL. It was only on my second attempt to contact them that they finally informed me about the situation. At this point, I had already raised 20% of my target funds, but many potential supporters couldn't even access my campaign page. The responses I received from Crowdfundr have been disappointingly apathetic to my predicament, leaving me feeling completely stuck. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this platform to anyone. It seems like Crowdfundr entered the business without conducting essential research or comprehending the challenges associated with managing a platform primarily focused on financial transactions, especially in the face of known phishing attempts from regions outside the United States.

I used Crowdfundr back in September to run the campaign for SLASHER U: ACT 2 (an episodic sequel to the indie video game dating sim SLASHER U), and was extremely pleased with its success and the way Crowdfundr was able to handle the individualized needs of the campaign! Their social media team was especially attentive and they were quick to resolve any technical issues that came up with the platform. The ability to "cash out" and charge backers if the campaign is fully funded before the end date AND be able to keep the campaign going til the original end date is a great touch! Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to bring their audience over, especially considering how robust their in-browser editor & update scheduler is.

Crowdfundr is a great way to fund your project depending on your ability to promote yourself. Crowdfundr has streamlined a number of things that makes it a far more attractive option for me than Kickstarter or Indiegogo. The customer service is really what sets it apart, and issues are resolved quickly and easily.

I’d use it again.

I have ran 2 successful campaigns on Crowdfundr so far. I prefer this platform, over all the others due to the flexibility in reward structure, as well as their approach to fees. Being able to set up organizations and run multiple campaigns under the same umbrella is also fantastic... and so is converting your campaigns to store-front, even though I have not used this feature yet. Love that the option is there though.
The team at Crowdfundr has been fantastic as well. They have been responsive, and incredibly eager to help out in any way they can. Big thanks to Deena and David.

Excellent Platform with a Super Responsive Team!

Crowdfundr solves a lot of the problems presented with other crowdfunding platforms right up front. The flexibility with rewards management (plus the ability to have ongoing storefronts) make it an excellent replacement (or augment) for a number of platforms out there.

And if you're ever unclear about how to use the system, the team is quick and ready to respond (often times in numbers!) You're never left guessing when using Crowdfundr.

The ability to setup multiple campaigns under an organization gives you a home within the crowdfunding space that doesn't rely on workarounds or clever configuration of your campaign pages. It's all very intuative.

I highly recommend this platform!

From top to bottom, this is a platform that really cares about the creators and the backers... not just collecting their share. Their support is awesome. The campaigns are easy to set up. Things make sense and don't leave you scratching your head. Crowdfundr is the platform of the future for comic-related projects in my mind... and it should be in yours too. More backers need to check it out for sure.

I am over the moon with Crowdfundr! The interface is incredibly easy to use. Visually it is very slick. This is without a doubt the easiest campaign I've ever set up and I would recommend it to anyone.

The team behind Crowdfundr has been amazing - responsive to emails and requests, quick to fix issues, and most importantly, engaged with creators at every step of the way to develop and launch a crowdfunding platform that meets the needs of artists, publishers, and creatives without the baggage of blockchain and Web3.0. We worked with Crowdfundr to launch a major project and we received an intense amount of support from their team. I could not recommend them more highly.

We recently starting using Crowdfundr, and the experience has been great so far. A nice clean site, with some interesting options - we went for the nearly free option, and have been impressed/pleased by the number of backers who've pledged a little extra to support our campaign. Our first campaign raised more than our equivalent first campaign on another well-known platform, so we'll definitely use again.

I've been extremely impressed with the responsiveness of the team behind Crowdfundr. They listen to feedback about their crowdfunding platform and are honestly interested in improving the experience for both creators and supporters. The tools provided are excellent: the ability to clone previous campaigns, to duplicate perks, and being able to roll over a crowdfunding campaign into an online pre-order shop are all useful! I feel like my small press projects at Black Eye Books are well served by the platform!
