Crowdology Avis 

Made a payment request months ago before they closed and still never received it. Countless emails and no reply, just another cint scam by the looks of it no wonder they shut down

Crowdology advised they were closing. I contacted to say I had not reached minimum cash out but wanted rewarding for what I had completed. Was told to contact back after 8th June. To be told that as they are now closed they cant help. Was incorrectly advised and dealing with Crowdology has been a complete waste of time. Contact I have had since staff member rude and unhelpful. I can see why they are closing.

The cashout I had contacted you about was previous to the month where I chose not to complete any. Why am I going to complete more surveys when I know you are closing and you haven't paid me for what I have completed. Does not make sense to ask me to complete more. As said before rude, unhelpful, and mis information given sums up my experience of Crowdology. No correspondence I have had says about having to complete one survey so again mis information. Happy to not have to deal with you any further.

Quick and easy surveys with a speedy payouts

There are some really good surveys to do. But its so very frustrating is that when I do a time consuming survey, it cuts out or freezes so that I don't receive any payments. Also the pre survey questions are annoying as they usually repetitive
On the whole its still all worth it

Thanks for my recent paypal payment. I put it towards a new water pump for my caravan so i could have running water again. It came just intime to help me with my purchase.

payment came very quickly and it was great timing as I could treat my granddaughter.

It is easy to order a reward from Crowdology . They have a lot of options too for gift cards.

Once again I have claimed £30 Amazon voucher, I am saving them to treat myself, I really enjoy completing the surveys and the added bonus is I redeem points for vouchers.

Tremendous only initially paid part of my payment request,I contacted Crowdology via their contact site,and within 4 days,the issue had been sorted by Crowdology customer services,unlike some other survey sites.

Payout was sent promptly

I ran into a problem with my account yesterday, which I duly brought to the attention of the Crowdology Support Team.

I received an immediate auto-email wherein I was assigned a Ticket number and advised that I should receive a response from the team within three working days, which I considered more than acceptable. This morning, however, I was absolutely delighted to see that the matter in question has already been rectified!

So, not surprisingly, I am now taking this opportunity to say a huge THANK YOU to the Crowdology Support team for providing such an outstanding level of service.

I do these surveys when I can. It builds up credit gradually which can be used for rewards such as gift vouchers. They are always prompt with sending them and never had a problem.
