Booked through Cruise2. Flight was technically “operating” but the route put me at risk of being uninsured due to FCDO advice. Agent refused to provide a safe alternative without passing extra costs to me. Felt like I was being forced to travel against my own insurance, completely unacceptable.
I had a great experience when booking my holiday. I dealt with Imran he was great and was very helpful, after many quotes from other company’s this one was the best.
So if you’re looking for a great price and professional help try this company. Thanks again Imran it was a pleasure.Well done Cruise2.com.

Hadnt used Cruise2 before but from my initial booking with Danny in Jan 2025 to dealing with Kate later on , I had excellent service and a land and cruise experience we will never forget , all transfers and tours ran smoothly and great holiday will be using Cruise2 again would thourghly recommend them .

We have used Cruise 2 several times and never been disappointed.
The packages on offer are well priced, great destinations with excellent advice and professionalism from the staff.
Paul really listened to what was important to us and came up with a great package. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

We booked a cruise package, which included a 2 night Hotel stay in Athens with Cruise 2, 8 months prior to the holiday. It was all done by phone, and sometimes communication felt disjointed, however we successfully flew to Athens on Saturday 14th Feb., and as planned in the itinerary, picked up by a car at the Airport and transported to our Hotel by around 9PM. The next day (Sunday) we decided to explore Athens by our usual way on short City visits, the hop on hop off bus. We used this all day and returned to the Hotel late afternoon. The Hotel has a bar/ restaurant at rooftop level with a good view of the Acropolis, I took a couple of photo's of my wife, ordered a drink, then had text message - the cruise was cancelled! There had been an electrical fire on the ship and it was immobilised, fortunately close to Athens. Passengers were offered various forms of compensation etc. We decided to check on flights home for the following day, as it was now Sunday evening there was no way of talking to anybody in the UK. I attempted to change our flight tickets on the EasyJet app, but it wouldn't recognise my password. So I booked a flight and taxi for the next day. Arrived back to Gatwick at 5pm, having left at 2pm two days before. All of these problems could not be directed or attributed to Cruise 2, maybe Celebrity Cruises , as this was not the first time that Infinity had suffered electrical fires.
If the package had been completed, I'm sure it would have been a great holiday at a good price. However on our return things did not go smoothly, we were assured that all arrangements for refunds etc. were in hand by Cruise 2 'we care' department. We sent flight ticket and taxi receipts to them and after a phone conversation that we would get a full refund. This was never put in writing, I confirmed this by email, and also as our holiday was a package, we should be refunded within 14 days.
I received email replies which were very standardly worded, 'we are liaising with our suppliers', to which I replied that this was irrelevant to the terms of a refund.
I attempted to have a conversation with the responder, but all calls were sent to messages.
In between my dealings I had a call from Celebrity to ask my card details for the flight and expenses to be refunded to, this was partial relief.
To say that this whole episode was very stressful is an understatement, as more than 3 weeks after the event there was only the same standard reply.
It was a daily mission to recover what we were entitled to, with sleepless nights as well. It was by chance whilst reading all of the documents that I had printed, I read that the ATOL certificate and invoice were in the name of Mid Counties Co-Operative, I discovered a phone number and contacted them, they had all of the details of my package and said that they would contact Cruise 2, shortly after that I actually had a call from different Cruise 2 agent who again gave the standard line. On around the 32nd day I rang Mid Counties again and they rang Cruise 2, who then shortly afterwards called me to say that Celebrity had sanctioned the refund, and that I would get a call to obtain card details for the payment.
Surprise! it was the person from Mid Counties? who successfully refunded the whole package price.
All of this stress could have been avoided by first of all acknowledging that we would receive our full package and expenses, in WRITING! and that this would be dependant on Celebrity, who were dealing with around 2,500 passengers.
What I still don't understand is the link between Cruise 2 and Mid Counties.
Further to me writing this review , Cruise 2 have engaged with me in a positive manner, and explained their position, so I have uprated the review rating.
