Thanks so much Cruisefinder for your response (couldn't address you, as you did not leave a name/contact.) I did not cancel, but as you say, Carnivale cancelled the cruise. I asked for a refund. I thought this was a fair and reasonable request given the pandemic and consequent dire health issues on cruise ships.

Up to date we have been extremely happy with all the bookings we have made with Lee from Cruisefinder. We have always been surprised to be able to receive such competitive prices and also when we have booked some last minute back to back cruises, Lee has been able to not only get the best price but also to book the same cabin

We have only taken one cruise which was booked through Cruisefinder but it was such a great experience we have already booked another one. The staff are friendly, communication excellent and the price is reasonable.
