Seamless drop off as usual with CPS
No waiting about either at embarkation or disembarking.
Only complaint is our car always seems to have been parked at the furthest spot over in the car park but that's what we get for having an early embarkation time!
but in all seriousness we have never had an issue with CPS and will continue to use them in future .

We were greeted politely and in a friendly manner on our arrival at Dover. The paperwork was taken care of swiftly and we were helped with unloading our luggage. Upon our return, and we were 3 days late because our ship broke down, our vehicle was there ready and waiting. It had clearly been taken well care of. The staff again help load our luggage and remained friendly, engaging and yet professional at all times. Would highly recommend. Thanks to everyone for such smooth process.

Second time I have used CPS and both times no problems whatsoever. Guided all the way at embarkation, leave the car, hand over the keys and board the ship. On return, car is ready and staff available to guide you. Could not be easier.

Hassle free parking. Dropped the car on the quay side, porter assisted we luggage (we are disabled). Returned to a car parked close to key collection point as we requested.

Used CPS many times. Usual friendly and efficient staff. Leave the car with them and pick it up on your return. No complaints. What more can you say.

Easy and organised, very good service and would use again

Simple booking process. Good communication by email. Courteous and helpful team at the port. Leaving for holiday can be stressful but the friendly port parking team are highly efficient and take away the hassle. Collecting the car was equally efficient and well organised.

Usual excellent service, I have used CPS for all my cruise parking at Southampton over the last few years and they are always courteous and helpful. Car drop off & collection quick and easy. As I have a Blue Badge, my car is always parked near the key collection point for pick up.

From the moment we arrived at the cruise port our car was taken away swiftly and staff lovely. Would have put 5 stars but our car door was open slightly when we arrived back to pick up and we thought battery might be flat but it was fine. Pickup of keys was quick and easy and whole process really efficient.
