I gave one start because there is no option for negative ranking. This website is a big level scam. I order order for 650+ INR from Indore. They showed to deliver by 21st December 25. I am tracking that the parcel have reached near to Indore very next day then it moves Betul, Jabalpur, and and and.... at last to Bhind and where they attempted thrice consecutive day. I can't understand from Bhind how they attempted to Indore. Finally today they shown on website that it has returned to broker as no one was available at location.

The site is fake only works with collection upfront, The phone no. given has only 9 numbers instead of 10 numbers, the email support and help ids does not exist. Beware its a fake site.

All who faced such issue should actually go to consumer forum and complain about such malpractice people

This company is pure evil and the government needs to bring down this scam. I paid 650 and nothing was delivered.. The tracking kept saying reattempt but no one even called me. The law needs to take action on crunchyfruits.in

My order was never delivered although i had made payment upfront. Complaints raised through system and through email id's never addressed. Email id turns out to be fake. Dont be scammed

I believe this is a scam. I ordered cashew nuts on the Dec 15, 2025 with a scheduled delivery of 21 dec. The product is not delivered and I am convinced it will not be. The tracking information is all over the place, zigzagging to various places. No phone number to contact and no response to Emails. Should have checked the credentials using trust pilot before placing the order. As it goes “Experience is cheap at any price”

Scammed big time , these MFsss updated in tracking, all over the place and reattempted thrice. But I didn't receive any call or email, never been contacted.
Tell me where to register complaint for scams.

This website crunchyfruit.in is Advertising Dry Fruits at Low Price . After Placing Order ,they are Never Delivered. I tried reaching out to Customer Support. All Emails are Bouncing, Phone number Does not Exist. Tracking Order is FAKE.

this is totally scam & fake..I lost 700 rupees today.

This is fake- only takes your money & vanishes. I ordered cashew nuts from Pune on 3rd December. After paying they said they would deliver in 7 days. When I tracked the order it showed that the delivery crossed Pune, went all over Maharashtra and then on three consecutive days they showed they attempted to deliver to me 3 times, but not available at the address given! We were very much at home and now they say it has gone back to the seller as we were not available at home which is absolutely fake because no attempt was made to deliver at all. Also the contact number and the support email ID given on the website is all fake -when you try to connect them it says it is not existing and the email bounces back saying wrong mail. ID Please do not waste money on this site in fact police authorities should look into this sort of cheating and scamming people. Please do not risk losing your money. I am sure there are other people also who have lost money to this scam,

crunchyfruit.in is a fake e-commerce site; I lot my Rs.400/-

I ordered some nuts on 8 Dec and was told it will be delivered by 15th. As per tracking , It arrived in Bangalore in 2 days but then went all over the place to belgaum, bagalkot, Bellary etc and then it showed attempted delivery on 16, 17 and 18 and then a wrong remark that cutomer was not available and returned to seller.
Both customer care email ids are bouncing, no answer from online contact form. The given mobile number is incomplete and cannot contact.
I have already paid and dont think they have any intention of refunding the amount.
DEFINITELY A SCAM. PLEASE

I placed an order on crunchyfruit.in and completed the payment successfully. Unfortunately, after receiving the payment, the product was never delivered.

I tried reaching out for updates and support, but there was no proper response or resolution. As a customer, this experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before placing any order on this website. I hope the company either delivers the product or refunds the amount to affected customers.
