Poster took nearly 2 weeks to arrive and when it showed up, it was in German, instead of English...

I received exactly what I ordered within the expected time frame. I would have appreciated at least one email confirming my order or an “it has shipped” date. It was a little unclear to me if you had received my order. However, with patience on my part I was very pleased with the product. It looks great in my new classroom.

I absolutely LOVE my poster! I made a mistake and accidentally ordered 2 posters. They were great and immediately canceled 1 and submitted a refund. But, I felt that communication was not entirely clear and felt like the "tone" of the message was rude by whoever responded. I would order again because they have exceptional quality products and very fast delivery.

The posters were as advertised and way above average in quality.

One week after placing my order, I hadn’t received shipping information. I emailed and 24 hours later, still no reply. I emailed again and finally got tracking. My item shipped from China. I have no issues with that except that had I known, I may not have ordered as i know shipping can take forever.

When I received this poster it reads BABBER Knowledge instead of BARBER Knowledge.

I have yet to receive my order. I have even emailed multiple times and nothing!

My dad loved his new T-shirt. My only complaint is not hearing anything from Crushprints (beyond the order confirmation email I received upon purchase) about the status of my order until nine days after the date of purchase, which made me question the company's legitimacy. Hopefully, Crushprints will improve its communication system and processing time to inspire first-time customers to keep coming back.

Good quality material,speedy delivery. The colors are very vibrant and detailed. I will be doing business with them again.

Great customer service and excellent option of products!

I am happy with both the mug and the poster that I ordered. I had some trepidation: would the products be as advertised and would the delivery of these products be smooth.
The mug and the poster was as advertised. I am happy with the quality and look of both of them.
The only glitch was the delay in the delivery of the poster. It was the first one to be mailed out but the last one to arrive. I had to spend some time following up as to where is this order. I had place the order on April 2 and it was mailed out the next day but tracking info. stopped at April 11. It finally arrived on May 2.
The mug order was place on April 2 and on April 11 I had to follow-up on the progress of this order. It would have been nice if there was an update from CrushPrints instead of me having to chase after it.
Overall, I am happy with both products and yes I will order from CrushPrints again.
