2 and half weeks later still not received. Woman initially was great and said she’d get it sorted asap. Then when few days passed I emailed to find out what had happened and was then on annual leave.

She had ccd the team in so done her part but then nothing. I then messaged again few days later and still no reply.

I then tried instagram for another method but no reply on there either.

I never leave bad reviews but I can’t believe how little communication there has been and the fact it states delivery 3-5 days.

I desperately needed this order for some big competitions I had but yet to receive.

After a week of very little information regarding my order it transpired that the item was out of stock and should not have been listed on the website.
A refund was issued, so no purchase had been made

Requested a refund last Wednesday, still waiting for a reply

Really poor , paid fir goods I still haven't recieved. Communication from them is terrible. I've emailed 4 occasions and they replied back once promised delivery, but still bit recieved. Will need to go through credit card company now to recieve a refund as they do not have any contact details apart from a email address

Quick dispatch, arrived next day. The socks are very comfortable and support well, I can feel the difference when I train and don’t wear them.

Relieved the leg pains and could wear them all day at work

I have 3 pairs of these compression calf sleeves and I cannot imagine going back to running before using them. I have significant varicose veins in both calves and as an active young woman I have always got so frustrated with the pain and discomfort they caused me. With these calf sleeves, it feels like i have normal calves! Wish they came in more colours though!

Recommended by my physiotherapist for my swollen ankles. I’m in my seventies and have multiple health conditions. The are a bit of a struggle to get on and off but they are very comfortable. I shall probably buy another pair.

Wrong address put on order by paypal. Contacted immediately to change address. All agreed no problem.
Shirt still sent to wrong address. Now lost. No reply to emails.

My physio recommended these when he saw my swollen ankles whilst treating my knee. I’m in my 70s and my GP dismissed my puffy legs putting it down to my age and multiple medications. I have worn my socks in the evening three times as I only got them this week and woken each morning to nice slim ankles. They take a bit of effort to put on but are extremely comfortable and so far not making my legs hot. I am going to buy more so I can wear them more frequently.

I'd have bought more pairs if I had the money however they are great quality and have been instrumental in largely removing pain in my calf.

Jack has been great, an exchange has been sorted and they are having a look at the sizing issue on the website.

Website is misleading. It seems all the men’s compression leggings are the same product.
Sizing is also misleading. The size chart said I should buy small (30-32) and the pictured model is exactly my size and shape also in small. When the product arrived, the packet gives measurements suggesting I should be medium not small and right enough the waist band is maxed out at 30 in.
To be fair - the compression is great but I can’t move without the leggings sliding off my ar$e so not much use in activity.
Despatch took quite a while although for a change Evri delivered quickly.
Will see how good customer service is noticeable that theres no phone number.

bought pregnancy socks and leggings to realise on receipt of the parcel that they don't actually have pregnancy socks or leggings! the false advertising is unbelievable. total scam as they just sent normal compression tights and unisex socks! nobody replies on emails either so don't waste your money with this fraudulent company.

Hi the guy I emailed with was genuinely really helpful but someone in the warehouse mucked up by sending out the wrong size despite me requesting it to be changed. I really like the product quite expensive but good quality and the type of support I need.

I purchased a pair of men’s compression tights to use whilst exercising as I have lymphoedema in my left leg. They feel really comfortable and can wear them all day, but the best thing is that they do work. My leg does not swell during exercise whilst wearing them. The service from CRX was first class my purchase arrived very quickly. Excellellent value for money and I would definitely recommend CRX
