Great staff always there when needed

Stick to rentals! SHOCKING beyond belief.

Your repair of our dishwasher several weeks ago (Invoice paid within 2 days) was unsatisfactory.

The initial call & reason for call out was due to the wires & plug. We assumed this had been dealt with within our call out several weeks ago as this was the main reason for calling your company out.

Sadly not dealt with & we literally had a near miss with a potential FIRE at the business today. Staff & customers at risk.

We called today & your engineer came onsite within 2 hours: the original engineer from our 1st call several weeks ago.

He was loud, obnoxious, rude & argumentative beyond belief. Arrogant with a raised voice & ZERO concern for myself, my staff or the fact we were busy with customers. No concern & arguing in relation to the initial call & works undertaken. He was fully aware of the initial call out concerns. Both myself & the cafe manager were present at the initial call out. He now denies that conversation & stated it wasn't his problem as he didn't undertake the work when your company returned a few days later to complete the works

Customers commented how rude & unprofessional he was today & he caused unrest within our business.

We will not use your services again.

Sad to be giving a bad review as we prefer to give credit where credit is due.

Excellent service, friendly to deal with and quick to respond to any call out/ servicing request/ chemical delivery, usually the same day, if not then first thing the next morning. Engineers are knowledgeable and helpful. The machine has been faultless barring one ‘wear and tear’ and keeps up with my needs easily, and the monthly rental is less than financing a new machine with the peace of mind of a full backup service included. Highly recommended.
