I did a small order for a special occasion and got the glasses in about 2 weeks. I have been working with Crystal Imagery on another larger project for a major celebration. That won't be for over a month, but I am sure I will get the same great service I got on my smaller order. I did request a sample glass before hand and it was favored by all over other etched glassware providers. I will follow up later when the large order is placed and received in 6 weeks.

The service and communication was a great experience. From the initial order process, to the preview process was seamless. Glasses arrived exactly as ordered. Very pleased with this purchase.

My order came in quicker than expected. On a downside, one of the mugs I ordered came shattered. However, after contacting the customer care team, they were very quick to reply and were open to replace the broken mug or send a refund. Though it was a setback, the agents resolved the issue quickly.

The paw print glasses I ordered were beautiful. They were exactly what I was expecting to get and I'm very happy with the order. You also shipped them out in a timely manner.

These glasses are great! I have had them for a week and have gotten nothing but compliments on them! The etching was perfect! Deep etching is not something you find often
