Crystal Images Avis

I was under an extremely short timeframe and Crystal Images came through for me. The recommendations on the design were right on target.

Product did not come back when promised. Product was completed as ordered.
Very disappointed in your work this time.

Awesome customer service! And very quick response time! Great product

Professional communication and beautiful results. Couldn't be happier. Thank you!

I appreciate the timely manner in which I recieved my glasses and everybody who saw them really thought they were classy. Especially the person to whom they were for he was shocked because he didn't expect his initials to be on them. They did come out great thanks Crystal Images. Will be back

Extremely friendly and fast service! And quality of my order was top notch!

My glasses were beautifully done!!

They were fast. Friendly and provided EXACTLY what I asked for at a great price.

Crystal images did an amazing job!! I needed a project done in a very short amount of time but they managed to help work with me in getting done on the deadline I needed and at a fair price. Will definitely be coming back to them for the future.

Excellent workmanship. Very professional company who were not only prompt with their deliverables but patient enough to work with my quirky order.

Very quick response time and production, perfect transaction.

They do quality work and have it ready in record time. The prices are fair and the quality of the product is excellent.

My first experience turned me into a regular customer. Great, quick service with high quality products!

The customer service staff were very helpful and I was very pleased with the final product.

Amazing work, timely, and extremely well crafted! :)

The folks at Crystal Images were so pleasant and helpful when I talked to them about a gift I was looking for. They created just what I wanted and got it to me in a very favorable timeframe. They even suggested a way to reduce the shipping cost. The recipient and I were completely pleased!

While the awards themselves are very nice, the communication is somewhat lacking. All emails go to a common address and one line responses are all I received. I had to send multiple emails requesting detailed information and would still only receive one-line answers each time. Also, I was disappointed that you are charged for the samples even when placing a large order. Most other companies are willing to provide a free sample.
