Crystal Windows & Doors Ltd Avis

All my windows in my house were poor and ineffective, it was a nightmare and it was a mission to replace them within a budget. As you do you look around and get quotes. Crystal window and door by far was the best. The operation from start to finish was seemless the quality of their product price and timescale. Big shout out to brothers Ben and Mark! I could not of asked for a better installation clean up and demonstrate simply first class from both. I highly recommend anyone looking to upgrade their windows energy efficiency and get certification don't think twice just call Crystal window and doors! when that Crystal Van pulls up outside your home you're in good hands. Note: be prepared for the wow 👌

Having just used crystal to replace all my windows and doors and build a porch I wanted to say I’m delighted with the service from start to finish, the sales team were friendly supportive and not too pushy. Arranging the work to commence was easy, fast and accommodating around our plans. The builders and fitting team were great, friendly and a pleasure to have in our home. The work done has exceeded my expectations

First used Crystal for a new front door which I love the door is sturdy and secure. So when needed the garden fence done I contacted for a quote. The team did a fabulous job of the fence and the patio I would highly recommend them great job, the team were very professional polite friendly. Would go back to crystal for any further job in the future

Had a new composite door a bathroom window and some cladding replaced. It was a very easy and smooth process. It was finished complete in and 3 weeks from cost to complete. Very clean fitters not one piece of the old stuff in sight very pleased overall many thanks

From estimate to delivery to the product so prompt and fitting service is carried out experience and friendly team

Sales rep came by the house for a free quote, and after going through a thorough survey, came up with a detailed costing right at the dining table with all the variables that drive the pricing. The window fitters came out two weeks later, and within a day and a half, I had 7 sets of windows quickly replaced in time for winter! Financing was a doddle...and the house is now brighter, warmer, and feels much more connected with the neighborhood as they smoothly swing all the way open. They've got a solid feel to them that just screams 'quality'. Only downside is they weren't cheap, so I only did half the house - but I'm looking forward to being able to do the rest next.

Just moved in to our first home. They give us a quote and fitted within 2 weeks. Extremely happy. Very swift. Excellent customer service. Great price.

Excellent service. Everyone I interacted with was very kind and friendly. The installation was very quick. The windows are very high quality and at an affordable price with options on how you want to pay. I would definitely recommend Crystal Windows and would use them again in the future. 5 Stars!!!

Efficient, quick and proactive.

Work was commissioned and completed within four weeks.

I had my windows and doors done a few year’s ago, on a couple of occasions throughout the years I had to call and ask if they would send someone out to look at one of my windows as it was a bit stiff and recently called them if someone would be able to come out and look at the one of the doors. On both occasions they answered my call literally immediately and arranged someone to come out immediately, the gentleman came out fixed the issues. They were very polite very friendly and respectful of my property and done the job. I would highly recommend Crystal Windows and Doors 100%

Everything went smoothly from the sales representative visit to the fitting of the new door. Everyone arrived at my home on time, they were polite and informative. The door fitter took all the rubbish away with him and explained the locking mechanism to us as it is different to the old door. I am very pleased with the work that was done and will recommend Crystal to friends & family.

We've used Crystal before and every time they've delivered on what they said they'd do. Good price and you and you can feel the quality in their doors and windows. Process is really simple and they made us a great offer and in about a week we had new french doors upstairs and downstairs too. The fitters were lovely guys and really made the whole experience worth it. Will always use Crystal.

The window fitters arrived on time on both days. They were very professional and cleaned thoroughly before leaving.

Excellent service. Richard and Casey kept me informed as they went along and uncovered a few unexpected difficulties and despite the weather challenges on a couple of days, managed to finish on time, to a high standard and clean up after themselves. The additional team members such as Adam and Jason helped move the frames and glass around to keep the project running on schedule. Thoroughly recommended.

installation on time with knowledgeable staff.

Crystal Windows were efficient and flexible fitting in with our requirements regarding the fitting schedule of the windows and doors purchased.

Amazing service from start to finish our new front door looks amazing can’t thank Rob enough for his hard work fitting our new door and thank you very much to Beverley for helping me choose the perfect door xx

I am a repeat customer and my latest experience fitting a new front and patio door met my expectations. The whole end to end service was smooth and problem free. The salesman, surveyor, phone team and fitters were courteous and knowledgable. Good value for money.

Paul the fitter. Was polite and good at his job as it turned out the old door was not fitted very well so he had to do some creative fitting to make the new door fit better. The work site was cleaned on completion.

Crystal replaced a worn-out, damaged porch door and two blown double-glazed panels in a bay window.
The original door and bay windows were fitted by Crystal over 30 years ago so I can vouch for the longevity of their products!
The new door has a more secure and up-to-date locking mechanism with specialist keys that cannot be copied by a standard key cutting service.
Their fitters were professional, thorough and tidy.
Very happy with their products and workmanship.
