Chris has been great at helping with an issue in my shoulder. I go to the gym regularly and play squash so being able to use my arm without pain or restriction is crucial for me. Chris and his treatments have helped reduce the pain and get me back exercising whilst going through rehab. Other physio's had suggested I may just need to stop training and give it time which I obviously didn't want to do so Chris has bene great at keeping me playing and exercising whilst going through treatment. If I ever need a physio again then Chris will be my go to from now on.

Have seen Rob a few times now for issues with shoulder; aside from top notch physio work Rob is always friendly and professional and the exercises he gave me have worked a treat. Good price too. Recommended to anyone

From initial contact to the feeling post treatment, what great service! Two years of pain and discomfort, post spinal surgery was relieaved beyond belief, after just one session! Chris really knows what he's doing and we will be back to ensure these short term gains are sustained.

I went to Chris as I had pain in my ankle for a few months. He managed to find the problem and give me exercises/movements to help it get better. Within a few weeks the pain went. Chris had really good knowledge to get it sorted quickly and was more than happy to help with all the questions I had!

I went to see Chris for pre-hab I’m having a hip replacement later this year and wanted to get my muscles back too working as well as possible In order to recover from the operation with no adverse affects.
He was so knowledgeable talked me through all aspects of what to expect
and the advice,treatment and exercises I received have been really effective with reduced pain already.

I’ve been seeing Skitty for many muscle injuries over the years. His best work came in 2018 when I was suffering with a foot injury for months, with his help I was able to keep playing until the end of the season, until I had an operation.

Went to see Skitt and Aaron about having knee pain from an MCL tear, they carried out a thorough assessment and delivered and provided a specialised sports specific rehabilitation plan. Both extremely knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended!

Skitty helped sort my back out when it was completely out of line and very very painful. After the session it immediately felt easier and over the next couple of days got better and better. I cannot recommend him enough

The whole experience was very efficient. He is very knowledgable and thorough in his work. I am very pleased with the after care I received also.

I went to see skitty regarding an ongoing hamstring issue. After the first session he was able to diagnose the issue and put a plan in place to resolve. 4 sessions later and after following his plan he provided, I’ve not had any issues. Brilliant service, great knowledge and a great guy.
