Customers ignored here !
Today was our second visit to the Edinburgh Seafield store and we have yet to be approached by a member of staff ! In the 15 minutes we were there today the lady on duty chatted to another male member of staff and totally ignored us. What a difference this is from the positive experience at Topps Tiles just up the road. Really poor.

Exceptional service
We’re nearing completion of some major house renovations following a burst water pipe last December. I first met Liz from the Edinburgh Seafield CTD branch in June when I was beginning my tile search. She answered my initial questions and made some helpful suggestions when ordering tile samples. I’ve since returned a number it times to place several orders of tiles, choose grout colour and pick trims. I’ve met with Liz each time and I couldn’t have been happier with her service and support. Her vast experience kept us right as we had to choose 9 types of tile for various bathrooms, kitchen tiles and exterior tiles. Prices were competitive and the service Liz provided was excellent. I also brought my two young children to a couple of appointments and they were well accommodated. I have been recommending CTD and Liz’ help to any friends who are needing to buy tiles!

Brilliant customer service
Called into CTD Seafield today to firm up our choice of tiles for the kitchen. Fantastic customer service. Visited this store twice in the last few months for two separate projects. Liz (sales advisor) was so helpful on both occasions. Very pleased with our tiles, the aftercare and the delivery. Everything ran smoothly. Had to phone to make some changes on first order and everything was dealt with without any hassle. Highly recommend.

Five Stars for Quality and Service
Had our bathroom redone. Great choice of tiles and a very efficient and smooth service. Liz in the showroom was amazing setting out options and giving great advice on what we need, always with a smile. Ross did a fabulous job tiling the whole bathroom.

Fantastic showroom and staff member
Fantastic showroom the tile graphic boards helped us get ideas, we visited seafield branch Lewis helped us and what a very knowledgeable person, He helped us pinpoint the tiles then helped us choose trimmings and grout he is a great asset, we went to other tile shops but nobody helped us. Staff are brilliant
The staff at CTD seafield in Edinburgh are brilliant the help from the lady in sales was fantastic great knowledge of the products very friendly and goes the extra mile to be helpful.very good selection of tiles was easy to choose the correct tile with the sales lady's assistance.

Wouldn’t shop anywhere else for tiles
From start to finish Liz at CTD was brilliant. She took the time and let us look for as long as we wanted at tiles and helped with all the extras, sizes and costings.
There is a great choice of tiles and a good layout to look at the variety on offer.
Liz even remembered me months later when I went to return extra tiles! A total personal service!

I was recommended by my tiler to check for tiles in ctd after looking online & wasn’t having much luck.
I was amazed by the amount of different tiles they had on show it was good to actually see and feel the product instead of online.
We ended up getting Liz who assisted us and she was great her knowledge was brilliant it just made the whole process of picking tiles grout & trim so easy.
I would highly recommend to anyone to check them out.

Stunning bathroom tiles
The Saleswoman, Liz, was a superb listener and great help in advising. I found the perfect tiles for the bathroom, and Liz showed options for the grouting. Ordering and collection went to clockwork. The tiles, now up in the bathroom, look stunning.

Can endorse the previous reviews about Liz; she’s got a keen eye for colour and matching and helped me make a decision. My main bathroom looks great and I returned for help with the internal bathroom. She’s very friendly, patient and takes time to help.

Great service
We would like to thank Liz for helping us choose our bathroom tiles. We had an idea of what we wanted but Liz was able to show us the full range available and we were able to make the right choice with her help. We are so pleased that she was there to help us because we were struggling to make a decision! She was very understanding and made it easy for us to place our order - we were impressed with how the ordering system works and how flexible the arrangements are suited to the customer.
