CTD Tiles Avis 

Very grateful for Rick's time today. Looking for replacement tiles. He took time to go thru the options that were closest to what I needed to replace. Thank you so much.

Absolutely dreadful company - received my tiles last week and 2 tiles (2msq) were damaged. Been ringing all week to try and get replacements but no answer. Finally a man answered the phone yesterday - so unhelpful. Told me the tiles were discontinued and none in stock. I am distraught that I can’t find enough to finish the job . Rang back for a refund on the damaged 2 and again no answer. Any help gratefully received 😩😩

Mark & Marky P at Brierley Hill branch have always been fantastic. I’ve been using them for years, if they didn’t have it in stock they would get it for me. Couldn’t believe CTD sold out to the Germans, and now guess what, oh yeh another great English company gone. Real shame

I believe CTD has gone into administration. I ordered tiles online to collect from the Southampton store , 2 weeks later I had still not had confirmation that I could collect so I phoned them and was told the item was no longer available . I googled the company and looks like they went bust 2 days after I had ordered online . We are trying to match a bathroom tile in a new build , but now looks like we are going to be out of luck. It really makes my blood boil when a company lets you order something online which says it’s in stock to then be told it’s not available .

Ctd confirmed delivery for 2 August. No tiles arrived. Sorry they weren't ordered, they will be with you Wednesday. No tiles. I ring. They take number. No call I ring back. Oh sorry, guarantee delivery Fri 9 August. Request refund of delivery charges. Agreed. No delivery Fri 9 August. Ring to inquire. Phone number taken. No call back. Phone 1 hour later. Oh sorry transport issues. No delivery today . Raise complaint and still no refund on delivery charges. Now guaranteed delivery Monday 12 August. Offered refund of £45. Will never use this firm again. Incompetent. Wow despite assurances - not delivered Monday... Now guaranteed delivery Tuesday 12?

Had the pleasure of working with Micky and Jake. Throughout the process they went out of their way to help us despite changing needs.

Would welcome the opportunity to work with them again.

Viewed tiles in store then ordered online and collected from store. Would recommend.

Ordered tiles online and delivery came from Crawley. The delivery was fine (except they nearly left the wrong pallet). Tiles are great.
My problem is I have 3 boxes left over which I was told could be collected. I filled out the online collection form and have now spoken to about seven different people who all say the same. We'll look into it and get back to you. I'm phoning on a daily basis now. Collection was requested on 23rd July. I was told today to return them myself and being 70 and unable to lift the tiles I find challenging. Why offer a service if you have no intention of providing it?

The service from the team at CDT Tiles was exemplary, superb to deal with and very swift response. We had a damaged tile on the pallet load and it was replaced by express delivery the next day. Can't fault the company and the staff were extremely helpful at all times. I would highly recommend CDT

Easy to order online for pick up locally which was free. Staff at local shop were efficient and friendly. Very helpful. Quick delivery too

Ordered parts online for pickup at store. Website instruction is to wait for email or call before travelling to store. Waited 3 days and no response, rang the store and they said items are ready but nobody had bothered to let me know.
At the store items ordered were not what I was expecting so asked to cancel and refund. They said could not do it in store would have to contact head office.
Numerous phone calls and emails eventually got an answer they would refund me but never did.
Totally unprofessional company avoid at all costs.

CDT had just the tiles I wanted. Simon and John were very helpful and friendly throughout and sorted out a few problems ( of my making not theirs) effectively and with a smile. Customer service was excellent.
