I signed up for an On-line workshop called Critical Incident Group Debriefing and did not get to attend because I was never sent the link the day of the workshop or the day before. plus it was being held in a different time zone so a conversion or conversion chart would've been helpful. We are intergenerational descendances and we as worker need help to help others; therefore, help us help you help me

The only thing stopping me from giving a 5/5 is the price. The only way I can do this is when work covers the cost. I wish it was more affordable to those on a teacher's salary.

There is a slight disconnect when you are putting the number of "little books" you want and then going to check out, but otherwise the experience was great, and shipping quick.

CTRI has great material that is practical and current. They provide a variety of tools and resources to cover multiple approaches. Their online ordering is simple to use, well laid out and delivery is fast.

Ease of browsing website and ordering materials

The instructors were well prepared, worked well together and used the time efficiently. They were very familiar with the material. Given the small number of students, putting us into a semi circle would have been nice and may have lent to more discussion.

The content was helpful and well presented. However, it was simple and rather common sense. Therefore, while good, it's value did not seem worth it's price.

The course material was relevant and presented in a clear and very interesting, understandable manner. The presenter was quite engaging, empathetic and modelled the material she presented.

Nadine was very knowledgeable, and I sincerely appreciated her examples of integrating DBT into her practice. As a graduate student preparing for fieldwork experience, I found this class well-paced. AND various helping professionals at different levels also seemed to get a lot out of the experience!
