An extraordinarily disappointing and in fact in many ways harmful experience.

I offered 2 stars instead of 1, since many of the people there are actually friendly.

Yet we hired them not for friendship, but rather because they made claims to be able to help us in so many ways, and unfortunately I trusted them. In fact they harmed us instead.

I could write volumes, yet will document only issue one right here, at this moment. If time permits, I may provide other examples.

Our single best marketing campaign was titled, in part “DO NOT EDIT …”. Yes, it was in ALL CAPS.

So their team decided to edit it, and it has never returned to anything close to its previous success rate.

Summary: My entire experience with them, except for their smiles, was entirely unsatisfactory.

We hired CUBE AI based on their claims around AI-driven SEO. Unfortunately, the delivered work fell far below expectations. Blog content was poorly written, not brand-aligned, and appeared largely AI-generated. Posts were published without our approval, requested edits were not implemented, and outbound links were hidden in the code, some of which pointed to third-party sites we disapproved.

We authorized a one-time payment for the first month only. After we raised concerns and terminated the engagement, CUBE AI processed multiple additional charges without authorization. Our dispute was denied, leaving us responsible for charges we did not approve.

We have worked with several SEO agencies and this experience raised serious concerns around transparency, execution, and billing practices. We strongly advise other businesses to proceed with caution.

Me and my company are getting constantly harassed by them via email. Somehow they think this is ethical, and after numerous replies they wouldn't take us off their list. Do not work with companies like this. They spray and pray, with a revolving door of suckers.

Very much enjoy working with the Cube team. Sahana and MJ are excellent. Process and targets are clear. The team is consistently on top of it. Highly recommend!
