I order flowers from as advertised and the flowers are not what was in the package I received. I order 12 bundles of mixed flowers and received one bundle. I am very disappointed after it took over 6 weeks to get! Such a scam!

Junkie looking flowers, wrong color. Max refund was $8 when my cost was $44. Filed complaint with PayPal…we will see how that goes. My advice- stay away from them!

Took over a month to get product. When I finally got the product it looks like something from the dollar store.
I ordered artificial flowers that were supposed to be to be UV protected and showed a big full planter, mine maybe fit in a small singular flower vase.

I ordered 2 months ago and hav yet to see my purchase.

Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day and never got them. They said the Trump tariffs are causing this problem. Trying to cancel this merchandise and get refund on my credit card.

Received this after about three weeks, packaging was acceptable but couldve used extra padding. Price is reasonable for quality received. Design seems practical and pen works decently—dries quickly and waterproof as advertised. Shipping speed definitely can improve, and slightly sturdier packaging would enhance overall purchasing experience.

Still waiting for bits I purchased as Christmas gifts in October. Now in Feb. Don’t think I will see them or my money.

I was totally scammed.
The product did not resemble the advertised article (much smaller than the picture with no measurements) and one was chipped when opening the package. The LED light didn’t last a week and the flowers inside the letters were not what was advertised in the ad.
These were gifts so I was very embarrassed. Currency was not advertised so thought I was buying AUS dollars. I was charged in USD then converted to GBS and not told till I have purchased the article.

Horrible company to purchase from!!! I ordered in early November for 2 gifts for granddaughters.it is now the very end of January. I never received them. I’ve gone back and forth with the company. Items were lost. Supposedly they shipped me more. Once again lost. Now they’re trying to tell me they were delivered. Well maybe so but not to me!!! They will NOT refund my money! Horrible company DO NOT do business with them their frauds!!!!

Ordered late November still waiting 3 months later , get a same standard reply twice , not impressed , tracking has parcel in South Australia last 6 weeks I think there tracking link a scam
Should have used pay pall as that way I can get my money back

I should have researched them before purchasing. Shame on me. The biggest scam with tremendous time wasting tactics. Do not order from them.

I was scammed by this company for$31.00 I ordered resin letter night lights and received a soil tester, and what they do is show the proof that a package even though its not what you ordered, arrived, and get away with it

Shipping says 7-15 days my order took 6 weeks. Stay away

Ordered an item early in December. Still has not arrived. Hmmm.

Placed an order the first of November for Christmas gifts. I never received the order. After multiple emails demanding a refund, the response I got was, we cannot offer a refund since the order was shipped. It may have been shipped (doubtful) but it was never received. Terrible customer service, NEVER buy from this company! I learned the hard way how terrible they are!

I have been going back and forth sent them a video not once not twice but 3 times. They will not replace 2 of the 5 I bought. I am a cancer survivor and was giving them as gifts to the people who helped me. They are a horrible company, cheaters, scam operators and useless. I am out $45.00.Plus I work 2 jobs to make ends meet
All I wanted were 2 new ones out of the 5 I bought. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Bought three night lights for my nieces for Christmas and never received them. I contacted them and they claim that they expedited another order for me. Liars, don’t buy anything from them!!! I’m still waiting 😤

Bought a night light. It took forever to get here. When it was opened and inspected, it had chips on it, loose flowers and also the light went on for a second and then off and would not come back on (thus product is defective). I asked for a refund and they gave $4.00 which is awful. In order to get a full refund, have to ship back to China, which is 3-5 times more than the item. Customer service is terrible also. Throwing item away.
