After the initial installation of my Internet things didn't go as simple as planned I had problems getting the Internet , I was very disappointed and thought maybe I did the wrong thing changing suppliers but customer service team went above and beyond to help and were right with me all the way . There were 3 people 2 men and a lady involved i feel bad I can't remember there names .
I'd like to thank those guys for keeping me together until everything was ready I just hope there is a record of the team I spoke to so I can say thank you .

Wow Incredible service. I accidentally cut through my Broadband cable with a hedge cutter yesterday at approx 5pm. I called up a prompt customer service agent called Ismihana, Wow extremely helpful and great advice.
I was asleep this morning and they were already here and the lads this morning were incredible too from City fibre.
Highly recommended. Great job.
