I had a very good experience especially being kept in formed with the progress of the delivery. We are very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend your company as this is a very special time for first time parents and we couldn't be happier. Unfortunately i cannot give good feedback as
1. They did not give me tracking updated/number (reason they say i dont give my mobile number) on checkout.
2. Chase with them and the beginning they have advised they will send replacement.
3. dont want replacement-request refund and they have advised item actually was delivered
4. Not happy -request refund they offer less than 30% from my original payment
5. I dont think it is fair and this order will be my last order with them.
6. Mistake can happen but the way it was handle was really poor from my experience.
7. Replacement email was sent on 04 May 23 by Steve. Please check before keep getting excuse!

Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately for this circumstance, the items where delivered to your house which you confirmed, we have proof of delivery from the transport company also.
We never said we would resend the item as we needed to investigate first on our end. Upon investigation and receiving proof of delivery, we did offer you two scenarios, one to get a second mattress delivered at less than 50% of the total cost of the first order, or the offer of a partial refund.
We are sorry that you feel this way and will continue to look at ways of improving our service in the future.
We are in discussion with PayPal about the resolution to this as we wish to clear this up and move forward.
My husband and I are ecstatic with our baby's furniture set from Cuddly Panda. We purchased the Classic Sleigh Cot and My First Breathe Eze Innerspring Mattress, along with the cot's matching set of Sleigh Chester Drawers, Sleigh Change Table and Change Mat High Sides. The whole process was efficient, simple and great value for money. The owner Steve was a pleasure to speak with regarding any questions/concerns. Steve ensured that every step of our order was dealt with professionally and always kept in touch with updates. We were very grateful that all our items were delivered all the way to Darwin NT with no damage and in a timely manner. Honestly the best service I have received for a very long time!
I had a enquiry which I reached out to via chat, from there the service was phenomenal. Steve assisted me and he went above and beyond to ensure what I needed was available and sent it to me on time, by keeping the whole process simple and communicating on time.
Whilst my order was a custom order, I received it within 4 days of placing it.
They really are worth buying from, as you won’t be disappointed with the service.
You don’t alway have places, especially online stores that are willing to go above and beyond.

Cuddly Panda custom made my Super King doona extra thick for more warmth and we love it! Can’t recommend more highly - love their tailored approach and the fact they were able to custom make a quilt just how we like it that can’t be bought anywhere else. Beautiful quality!

Was looking for an Australian made cot mattress for my baby girl as I noticed the Boori ones are made in China. I found Cuddly Panda and in particular their Kangaroo Bedding Innerspring Cot Mattress. Made locally and you can sure tell with the quality. LOVE this product!

Purchased this Beautiful Cotton Blanket "ADELE HAND WOVEN BLANKET" as it was a true King Size and a good price - [no Postage as item was over $50]
I googled alot of Cotton Blankets before selecting Cuddlypanda, so did the comparisons.
Quick time wait for package and I washed it just for 30 minutes on Delicate to freshen.
Dried and on Our Bed that night.
I wanted a cotton blanket to put over the Jersey Sheet but nothing too heavy.
This beautifully woven blanket did the job, even Hubby commented.
Communication and Customer Service was Excellent.
