I have used Cudoni in the past and bought some beautiful pieces. My most recent purchase was very disappointing as I bought a watch that arrived with its back off and hence not able to use.
Edited - Whilst disappointed as really liked the look of the watch. I received great customer service, I had a personal call the next working day, apologising for the experience. Jessica was very personable and waived the returns fee for the inconvenience.

I had a great experience using Cudoni for the first time. They have a wide selection of items which a better priced than most pre-loved stores. The item I ordered was in great condition and it came well packaged. I’ll definitely be using them again.

Extremely happy
Extremely happy with the quality and condition of my Gucci bag, and at a great price! The bag was described as in good condition but I would say it was better than good. It was also 100% authentic. Highly recommended, will definitely buy from here again.

Great experience as a buying customer
Great experience as a buying customer, item is as described, infact better. I like having the knowledge the item has been thoroughly checked over by the Cudoni Team. For extra piece of mind over authenticity. I also like that they have a dedicated phoneline for you to call if I was to have any issues with my purchase.
