Amazing service! I cannot stress enough how fast and efficient these guys are.
I highly recommend using C&C for all your snooker and pool requirements and supplies.
I bought the cue and case set for myself but I don’t like it at all, though I have a very happy son who has taken it upon himself to adopt it.

Damaged cue but they made up for it.
I had a damaged cue because it wasn't packed properly. They offered to give me a partial refund so it ended up being okay in the end.

My original order was missing an item but after contacting them a replacement was sent immediately without any quibble.
In my opinion we can all make mistakes, but it is how they handle the problem is a true measure of a good company.
