Integrity of a company!

Culligan bought a smaller company, Zero.
They use Zero name and some of their products.
Culligan now has their own pitchers ?but Zero filters are not compatible. The water will not go through Culligan filters..Therefore if one still wants the filter, one must buy Culligan’s pitchers and their filters. There was no advance notice that the filters would not fit our Zero pitchers. So I had bought 2 but neither filtered water. Why didn’t they pull those filters out of the stores?
So asking several different ways what my problem was, they basically said “Sorry”
Now that I’m disappointed I am looking for a company with integrity that can filter my water at least as good as Zero did! Zero was fantastic.

New Jersey Culligan sucks and is a rip off

Culligan sucks and is a rip off. Last service cost me $250, nothing fixed. RO system left running with sediment, no different from tap water, now tank full of street water sediment.
$150 filter tech Alex is ok. Still street sediment in tank. Sucks.

Horrible service!

Avoid this service at all, they will try their best to sing in quickly. The rest they will let you down, I am already 1 month still waiting for a response. I spent time and money as the delivery took long more than 2 weeks, intalation started after other 2 weeks, missing a part so my entire wood floor was floated which I had to pay to replace the floor. Horrible service!

I spoke to Simran in the customer…

I spoke to Simran in the customer service team this morning about a fault with one of our water boilers. He was extremely helpful locating our account/location and has organised for an engineer to come out to resolve the fault within 6 days.

Very pleasant and friendly!

Avoid this company at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs. I am only giving this company 1 star because you cant score any lower. We purchased a hot water tap from Water Coolers Direct who were then bought out by Culligan. We never had any problems with the previous company but in February after the takeover our tap was serviced and started to leak, when we eventually got an engineer back he told us that the seals had perished and that he would order the part, fast foward 6th June, 3 incorrect parts later numerous calls each week as well as emails and today the engineer has arrived only to tell us the wrong part has been sent again, now we have been given the customer care contact email address WHAT A JOKE, avoid this company at all costs.

THEY SUCK, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Albany NY...I bought an RO system ran just to the kitchen sink. The tech came on a Friday afternoon.

Saturday night I went down and saw all this water on my basement floor. A slow leak so I waited until the next day and reported it to the salesman and 24/7 service along with the fact that I had purchased an extra set of filters which were not left. NO ONE CAME TO LOOK/FIX THE PROBLEM!! So on Monday morning I hired my own plumber to fix it (a nut which was loosened by the tech and not tightened enough) and BLOCKED this company from my phone.

If they don't care to hear me then I DON'T CARE TO HEAR THEM ASKING FOR PAYMENT!!! They are incompetent and thieves. I ignored them for 2+ years and then they brought me to court. Because I didn't respond to the courts I lost out and had to pay them.

THEY SUCK!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Used to work for Cullligan UK for a…

Used to work for Cullligan UK for a short period of time when a water company i used to work for was bought by Culligan UK. Their management are nothing but a bunch of liars who was feeding us lies about the business as usual. They made all employees redundant except engineers whom they treat like animals in captivity. Theres no support for engineers. Culligan don't know what equipment is out there. They send wrong parts/equipment to client sites along with incompetent engineers who turn up after a minimum of 7 working days and end up not being able to repair equipment causing more misery to a client. Their engineers are having to call their main phone line to get technical advise on equipment they were sent to repair.
In a nut shell this is a sales oriented company that treats well only their team of salesmen who bragg about new sales made on LinkedIn while their engineers and clients are having to struggle.

Shambolic company

Shambolic company! We ordered a “bagged” water machine for our office. The equipment that arrived was battered and bruised - to make things worse it didn’t work! We contacted them to request a replacement to be told they are no longer doing “bagged” water and will send a new machine that works with bottles.

For clarity we rang half a dozen times to report this issue. In 3-4 months we received a machine that didn’t work, waited for months for it to be replaced (and it never was), then waited for 2 months for it to be picked up.

Genuinely shambolic - and the people we engaged with both via call and email should be embarrassed! A simple google will provide you with more credible alternatives.

italian company not very serious

Good morning
My name is Marco Tognacci
I am writing to you the following,
I have a drinking water treatment plant installed in 2014 by the Culligan company based in Bologna Italy at the sink of the house.
With this company I have no existing maintenance contracts or subscriptions.
I am contacted every year to decide whether to carry out maintenance consisting of changing filters and checking purity.
This year, after deciding to do it, we had agreed with the Culligan company to carry out the intervention on 16/03/19.
Due to the COVID 19 events I was contacted by phone by Culligan who canceled my appointment.
A few days ago the same company received the invoice for the canceled maintenance intervention.
Now, I tried to contact them in different ways explaining that the intervention in question has not yet been done, without having any answer.
Furthermore, I wonder if it is legitimate to create invoices that do not correspond to reality, therefore I would like to ask for your help, that is, I would like to receive your intervention in my favor in the immediate request of the service that has not been performed (maintenance) or alternatively a confirms that the invoice is canceled.
