ABSOULTY DISGUSTING. AVOID THIS LADY LIKE THE BLACK PLAUGE. SHE INSULTED ME OVER THE PHONE to talk about how I did not package this item correctly. Believe the reviews when they say she is a true scammer. WILL DO ABSOULTY ANYTHING TO AVOID A REFUND.
I am so sorry, i just want to say it is the first time buying frim Cumo London. I am happy with the customer service from Adra on the chat, So quick lovely and helpful they were considering the Easter period. I ordered and updated my order with no issues as I wanted an African print piece, searching high and low UK company. The dress fits perfectly, comfortably. The head wrap had a tiny bit of fray thread but I am happy with the customer service and purchase. I just need to kjnow how to tie the headwrap, It would be a bonus if we could get a little manual on the different ways of tying it up.I will experiment, looking forward to wear it. Thankyou so much Cumo London. I would love to purchase from you again. If you want an African Piece definately try Cumo London. Measure yourself according to the size guide and treat yourself. That is what I did and it is a happy feeling.
Terrible customer service and attitude, avoid!
Read refund policy carefully and especially the small print to avoid disappointment (it’s not visible at all if you shop from your mobile). The merchant tries to mislead customers with print in red and refuse to refund even unopened items. Communication is terrible too, one has to chase multiple times for a reply. They just ignore. Not recommended.
I purchased items from this store but the wrong item was sent (another item was missing). The item ordered was an XS dress but they sent a S - and later confirmed they actually don’t stock any XS items and put that on their site because their ‘sizes run small’ - admitting that they put wrong and misleading information on their site! But despite returning the wrong item immediately, they wickedly chose to hold on to my funds rather than immediately refund it (claiming it would take 7-10 days to process a refund, and another 15 days to receive the funds). Even now, I’m still yet to receive my funds - despite the error being on their end. Terrible customer service - avoid them like a plague!!
Update - ONLY as a result of this review, they have now ‘processed’ my refund (on a Saturday, despite their previous claims of 7-10 working days). One must wonder WHY they refused to process the refund immediately, despite knowing they made the mistake in the first place, and as someone who is au fait with the workings of online shops, I know this would have taken them a matter of minutes to process! I am also still waiting for a refund of the Return costs. Shocking.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’d like to clarify a few details for anyone reading: our collections usually start from size S, and while an XS option was displayed in error at the time of your order, this has since been corrected so future shoppers have clear information.
Regarding your return: we communicated clearly that our refund takes 7-10 working days and your refund has processed in accordance with our return policy. Additionally refund timings vary depending on banks which is usually 2 days to reflect on your account, hence why the funds can take a little longer to reflect, though we understand how frustrating this can feel.

Very poor customer service and rude when it comes to returns. You also pay for your own postage. They also got a stupid policy for 2 weeks return.
I wouldn't recommend anyone one to buy from them.
