Not bad at all. I used CupidonDate for online dating and paid for access to talk with other members. The site is simple, maybe even too simple in some places. Support helped me with a small login issue, and the answer was clear. I liked the calm design. Search filters could be better tho.

The communication with support was normal, quite polite. I liked the simple layout and that I didn’t need to spend much time learning the site. One minus is that some features could be explained better for new users. Still, the overall experience was decent.

Easy to register, easy to understand. I paid for access to CupidonDate and used it mainly for messaging. Support replied clearly when I had a small account question. I liked the clean design and simple navigation. More filters would be nice, but overall it felt comfortable.
