Online companies can be much of a muchness, with little to separate them. The only difference, apart from price sometimes, is service. Cura excels at this without having to ask or by pushing them. I forgot one small thing on an order, so ordered it separately. I received an email saying they had put it with the other item and refunded the postage I had paid. It was 100% my fault, I never asked, I never informed them, they just do things like this. They are so on the ball and their response is fast and detailed. After bouncing around a few companies, I don't use anyone else now.

We have been using Cura on and off for a few years and they really offer a fantastic service. The prices are the most competitive online, their shipping is usually next day, the communication is extremely prompt and personable. Website is well designed and takes the hassle out of ordering. It's a small business which I'm always happy to support, but also they are offering the best service.

I have a repeat vet prescription for one of my dogs. I send the prescription and then order the medication. Very easy. The medication is temperature controlled and they ask you to identify a day for delivery so it can go straight in the fridge. Extremely well packaged to keep it cool and also protect the glass vials. Very good service 👏

I regularly order temperature-controlled medication for my cat, and it’s always processed very quickly, with excellent communication from Rich to ensure it reaches me safely. Easy to use the website, orders always arrive promptly, and I particularly appreciate the use of sustainable packaging to keep the medication cold.

Brilliant service. The treatment I need for my dog has to be kept refrigerated and it was delivered fully insulated with ice packs! The company also made great effort to communicate with me to ensure I was available to receive the delivery. I was concerned about doing this as my vet has provided this for some time but Cura have made the process manageable and more affordable for me to do myself.

The product I buy is a good price and has to be kept cool. The packaging and delivery arrangements are excellent as is the customer service if you need to ask a question.

The website was easy to navigate and the order process well explained. There were several options for me to provide the necessary prescription. I was contacted by email to arrange a suitable delivery date and location, and reminded about the storage requirements. The item, which required refrigeration, was well packaged (I now have a couple of cooling pouches and insulation to use again!). Overall, an excellent service at a competitive price.

Prompt service; delivery on time

Usually brilliant service. Contact with the team is good. We have medication for our dog that requires refrigeration. Our most recent delivery caused issues. Sent out by Cura in the afternoon for next day delivery. Didn’t arrive. Following day last delivery. Couldn’t go out as couldn’t risk missing the delivery. Package was very well insulated. They ship quickly and are efficient and helpful. An oasis amongst the high prices that vets charge for their drugs and a relief for those who feel they almost cannot afford a pet. Such a lifeline for people who live alone, both old and young.
