Very rude assistant called Alice who raised her voice at me. I faced discrimination and aggression by Alice. I simply got in touch about arranging an exchange and she said we don’t want to deal with you further. All because I wanted to exchange a faulty item.
I had a poor experience with a parcel that was not delivered as stated. I then went on to have an even worse experience with the customer service team. I had to relentlessly reach out for updates and also had to chase for my refund, had I not been pro-active I don't think I would have got one.

I returned a dress to them but it was lost despite the parcel being tracked and confirmed as being delivered to them. They made no attempt to help find it, instead claiming that they often have issues with post because they don't have a proper store front/obvious delivery address. They were extremely unhelpful and refused to take any responsibility for the lost item. In the end I had to make a claim to Royal Mail. For all I know, they did receive the return and sold it on. I could never use them again or recommend them based on my experience.

The customer service Ada Yi Zhao was extremely rude to me, she emailed me about a dress I left in cart so I said it’s a bit over the budget, and she replied with: “we don’t do bargains like China, haha”. Which I found extremely offensive and rude! Never experienced anything like it. I think any companies that hire people like this is not far from closing.
You need to figure out USA shipping. Returns are tragic

Had to return a dress I loved because it didn’t suit me. Quick refund and great service
Great service and delivery. Only downside was I have to pay customs as I live in Ireland.

I love all your pieces and your instagram posts are so fabulous in that you get to showcase what you have in store and you do it with such style and interest. I have recommended you to my friends as I am a big supporter in everything you are doing, you have taken the shopping experience to another level ! Also the designers you support are different and not high street which means you’re probably one in a few wearing the pieces. As I said I love the products and the experience and getting to know you on insta it’s inspired me to try new things in terms of how you stylise everything from dressing up to the options for jewels I’m a massive fan thank you!

An absolute treasure of a shop. They stock the most beautifully curated selection of unique garments and accessories both in their shop and online. The garment I bought sadly didn't work out but Ada and Nicole made the whole return process very easy and hassel free. They were so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, they really were delightful to deal with. I highly recommend them and am thrilled to have discovered their shop.
