Curchods New Malden (Ruby) were absolutely fantastic. We bought our house using their services. Ruby was communicative, helped the chain to keep moving and we ultimately completed our house purchase within 4 months. I signed up with Curchods having had another agency fail to sell my flat and a failed sale.

I found the team frank, positive about what I had and, whilst realistic about the market, there was no push to reduce price, or lower my expectations, which was in contrast with the first agency I had signed up with.
