Incredibly disappointed with customer service!
I have bought a number of samples, which are not cheap, and 3 full size bottles from Cursed. I contacted them about one of the bottles, as it just smelt of a headache inducing rose. I usually buy samples before investing in a full bottle, but the sample for this perfume was "sold out". I emailed and asked if I could buy a sample, but got no response. So I blind bought Black Veil Bride. Big mistake! Now I'm stuck with a perfume that I couldn't get a sample for, that I can't wear, and Cursed gave no apology or an option to fix the problem. After spending so much money with them, I am very disappointed with the customer service. I won't be buying again!
UPDATE - as you can see, they are also liars. i have an email dated 24th Sept (which I never got a response to, or a "this email is unmanned" auto response). I asked if I could buy a sample of Black Veil Bride after spending over £30 for just 4 samples. A wee later, and still no sample for Black Vel Bride/response, and I bought 2 perfumes at £88 each. That's not including the previous samples I've bought and the full bottle of Ritual Spirit that I bought over a year ago. Stil maintain that this is not good customer service and does not inspire me to want to promote/shop with them again.

We’re sorry to hear that you didn’t enjoy Black Veil Bride, however, we do feel it’s important to clarify the situation.
At the time of your purchase, the Black Veil Bride sample was clearly out of stock. You chose to proceed with a full-size bottle despite not being able to sample it first. While we understand that this is disappointing, purchasing a fragrance without trying it first is ultimately the customer’s choice and therefore the risk of not liking the scent cannot be passed on to us.
We have also checked our emails and cannot find any email from you asking to purchase a sample. Had we received such an email, we would of course have responded.
Our returns policy clearly states that opened or used fragrances cannot be returned. This is a standard hygiene policy, and we cannot make exceptions simply because a customer does not like the fragrance after using it.
We appreciate that you have previously purchased from us, but previous purchases do not change our returns policy. We are always happy to recommend samples where they are available, but when a sample is sold out, customers have the choice to wait until it is restocked or purchase a full-size bottle knowing they have not been able to try it first.
We believe our policy has been applied fairly and consistently in this case.

This time i ordered 'Siren's Kiss' and am IN LOVE!
Cursed is now the ONLY fragrances i buy, store bought options just don't capture the dark fragrance anywhere close!

Excellent communication all the way through the order. Quality packaging and my partner loves the fragrances and wants to get the larger bottles now but now comes the difficult choice of which one to pick. She loves them all.

Excellent fragrances
Honestly was a little skeptical about buying fragrances from somewhere unknown and from a YouTube ad but I'm really pleased I did.
Wonderful company with a great eye (or nose) for fragrance. I've only tried 'From Hell' (and the Mrs has used a few of hers), but even with minimal amounts used it was outstanding and drew great comments all night from both men and women. It's so long lasting my jacket still has a noticeable scent on it now, almost a full 24 hours later. Looking forward to getting on to the others!
Packaging and detail is also absolutely outstanding which was a great surprise too, feels really personal and welcoming.
Thanks guys, I'll continue to use your stuff.

The online order was straightforward, the communication from despatch and tracking was thorough. The fragrance arrived on time, but more importantly the quality is very good, well packaged, and I adore the scent so much, it's a treat but different from usual fragrances, this has its own unique scent, which stands out better in the population, I would recommend as I was.

Responsive vendor & good product
At no fault of their own my parcel got lost in postage, I think my postman is illiterate (Birmingham things).
But the vendor was responsive and happy to send a replacement initiation set. All the fragrance are so good and unique, definitely will buy from them again.

Amazing long lasting fragrance
I saw the advert online and decided I needed a fragrance that would match my personality. I wasn’t sure what to try so I ordered the sample set. I really liked the “from hell” scent. I love the fact that this is a uk business and I’m all for doing my part to support them.
It helps that I feel amazing whilst wearing these scents. I have been complimented by work colleagues and people on the street. So much so that I decided to try the BVB scent too.
Fabulous scents that last. I would highly recommend if you have a dark side or just want to try something unique.

Little let down
The branding, marketing, packaging etc is brilliant, truly. The company sticks to the theme so well, the items are packaged lovely, and the emails and order updates are very on brand. Unfortunately the actual product itself is mediocre. I really wanted to love these - I’m a sucker for a good, on-theme perfume and expected something new and fun. I ordered the feminine sample pack and was really excited, but found the scents lacking. Honestly, take away the cool names and packaging and these smell like something from a high street body spray aisle. I could name instantly a few very common scents that were really similar to these. Sadly, the longevity also matched the high street body spray vibes. I sprayed a generous amount as directed before work at 1pm, and at 3pm there was no scent at all. It’s such a shame because as mentioned the branding is right up my alley and I really wanted to find my new scent, but unfortunately it fell short this time.

Great Scents – Definitely Ordering Again!
Really impressed with the testers from Cursed Fragrances. They’re a great way to try a few different scents properly before committing to a full bottle.
The fragrances smell amazing, last really well and the testers give you plenty of chance to decide which ones you like most. I’ve already found a couple of favourites that I’ll definitely be getting full bottles of.
Great scents, great value and I’ll definitely be ordering again!
